I need to revise my previous review. The store has improved alot and I've noticed that the shelves are now orderly. The cleaning of the store made a big difference. My lab was "happy" with her Kate Spade collar! ?

Store is an average Petco nothing to talk bad about. Now in terms of employee engagement with customers that’s where I find the customer experience to be poor. I place orders online many times and for long periods of times the orders are not picked, no big deal if I’m in the area I’ll swing by pick the items and most of the time the employees will scan it picked and received for me, but half the time the other set of employees make no effort to accommodate the customer and simply say sorry we’ll reach out when it’s ready for pickup and offer the customer with no option or call their supervisor to check the system to see if they can scan it picked to give it to the customer while their in the store specially when the store is empty. Not a huge deal but theirs no consistency with how employees treat customers then two minutes after I was turned down for the pick up of the items I was sent an email that my items were ready for pickup? Really you couldn’t do it while the customer was in the empty store and at the register and the customer had the items in hand to be scanned picked ?

Amazing! So impressed with the amount of saltwater fish and the care given to them. They looked healthy without sickness. The available corals had color, too. So happy with the purchase of a fish!

After purchasing a bag of dog food for $90+ and 3 big bones for our dogs, my cost was $161+. I was asked before I paid if I wanted a bag for my bones for an extra 10 cents. You have got to be kidding me! I spend $161 at your store and I have to pay for a cheap, flimsey, thin bag. Nope, you lost my business. I’m a Pet Smart custom from not on.
