Plato's Closet is a store where customers can shop for gently used clothes and accessories at prices up to 70% off regular retail. The store offers popular brands and trendy styles, allowing shoppers to look good while doing good and feeling good. Customers can also sell their clothes, shoes, and accessories for cash on the spot, making it a convenient way to recycle and earn money. Many reviewers have had positive experiences with the staff and the overall selection. One reviewer mentioned that they have been selling clothes there for years and always had good experiences, with helpful staff and the ability to call ahead to check what items are in demand. However, some reviews note that the store's inventory can be limited, especially for men's clothing, as items tend to be worn out or in overstock. It is advised to call before visiting to see what the store is seeking. There was an incident where a staff member was heard swearing loudly and acting unprofessionally, which upset some customers. Despite this, the store is generally seen as a better quality alternative to places like Goodwill, with a focus on current styles and brands. Overall, Plato's Closet is a popular spot for finding good deals on trendy secondhand clothes and for selling clothes to earn cash.

How hard is it to turn an open sign off when you are closed? Also they are charging high prices for leggings that have piling and clothing items with clear stains. They need to get better at inspecting clothing and adjusting the prices properly instead of standing behind the counter chatting about personal problems.
