Yikes……
I went in here with a tote full of nice brand name handbags. They ended up taking two of them. One was a Lululemon crossbody with tags still on it and a Kate spade crossbody (all leather and beautiful hard wear used 2 times with tags still in pocket) they took these two items and offered me $14 😂😂😂 are you kidding me? The Lululemon bag is worth $80 and the KateSpade bag worth around $300. I flat out told the girl NO…. Nearly laughed And kept it. I mean i understand you are not going to get the full worth of the items but holy crap….. I’ve never been lowballed so bad….. and both these brands are on their list of most wanted brands on the site….. come on…. Do better….. Plato’s Closet never fails to shock me and let me down…. My fault though for choosing to try and use them over the years. 0 stars if I could. Just sell your items on marketplace….. Plato’s closet is a joke and always will be and anyone that uses them or has all agree.

this place is bad and they stole my lululemon bag i brought my clothes in just straight up didnt give it back 😔 i brought 2 of the big bags full of clothes and i had bunch of name brand jeans and other things they took one whole bag (literally) and half of the other and somehow i only got 35…? ive brought worse and less and got more back…. idk odd (i just want bag back tbh

If I could get this location zero stars, I would. I’m starting to think they don’t even go through the items you bring in. I brought in two big bags of name-brand clothing that you would find at the mall, as well as a third smaller bag and somehow they were able to go through it all in the span of 13 minutes. When I went to go pick up my things because I knew they didn’t take anything based on it taking 13 minutes I noticed that the two big bags sat untouched in the same order I had those clothes in. They always claim that the clothes are not in style or are a bit too worn to be taken in, but when I look on the racks, I’ll find stained clothing and T-shirts you would receive for free for going to an event. Think volunteer T-shirts and you’ll find plenty. So just a heads up, if you have T-shirts that you got for free from an event bring them here and they’ll definitely take them smh.

Brought in a bin of clothes to go through and I’ve been in before and understand when they don’t buy stuff but I got my bin home and all the stuff on the bottom half was folded just like how I had it indicating that they didn’t even go through any of the stuff in the bottom half of my bin. I have a feeling the person was just lazy and didn’t even want to go through it.

This was my first and last time coming to this location. The employees aren’t friendly at all, when you walk in or come up to the register they just stare at you with a disgusting look on their face. I tried selling some stuff that were all brand new things like lululemon, Northface, american eagle, Nike, Micheal kors, pacsun and it looked like they didn’t even look through the stuff and they didn’t offer more then 20$. Ridiculous ! Do better!

I brought 2 bins of clothes there & they told me none of it was in style. Which I understand to an extent but not one item? I had lululemon leggings swimsuits sweatshirts & other random clothes including SHEIN stuff with the tags on it. I’ve came here before & made a decent amount of money. I just don’t understand how my stuff wasn’t in style when half of the store isn’t even in style. I think it just depends on who goes through your bin honestly.

Selection of clothing here isn't as great as other locations. Please train your employees better about the rewards and points. There's been times where I did not receive my points correctly. Most recent visit, I had rewards to use. $5 off, $10 off, or 20% off. My purchase was only $6. I asked that if I used my $5, how many points would it take off. Lady at the register told me that I would not lose any points at all and that they stay the same. I asked her again to explain, she stated again, that if I used my $5 off my $6 purchase, my points remain the same. I was a bit confused because I knew I had enough points that reached up to the 20% off entire purchase. So after she told me twice and I specifically asked twice for confirmation, I decided to use the $5 off reward and paid only $1 for my purchase. I checked my rewards/points after and what do you know, I've lost points for spending the $5 Off Reward! No longer had the $10 off and or 20% off purchase. Of course I would have not used the $5 off and purchased more to save more or saved it for another time. Disappointed much. Please train your employees better.

Horrible experience dropped off a few bags of on brand clothes and shoes they told me to wait an hour and when I came back the employees had taken one hoodie off the top and left the rest untouched and offers me a few bucks for it bad experience lazy workers lost customer

How hard is it to turn an open sign off when you are closed? Also they are charging high prices for leggings that have piling and clothing items with clear stains. They need to get better at inspecting clothing and adjusting the prices properly instead of standing behind the counter chatting about personal problems.

Me and a friend walked into the store earily today (09/22) around 11:15am. No one was at the front desk. We were not greeted the whole time being there. There one was lady (ginger) who came out once then went into the back room. Me and my friend could hear loud noises and giggling from the back room. Service WAS HORRIBLE. I understand this store is ran by teenagers but seriously horrible service. OH and there was NO music (awkwardddd). I read other reviews and see no one from the store is replying so I know no action will be taken from this. Needed somewhere to rant.

This is my second time coming this store and they passed on my stuff yet again. I honestly think it is the staff because I have been to other platos closets and they will take a few of my items as least. Don't think I will ever bring my cloths into this store again.

Terrible customer service. I went in yesterday and asked about donating clothes. I had a large bag full about 30 items. I dropped them off at 1246pm, at 1257pm they text me saying my items were ready. No way it took them 9 minutes to look thru my clothing. Then the next day at 3pm I get a text saying I have until closing to pick up my items or get store credit and the rest will be donated. The blonde chick with caked on make up never disclosed I had less than 24 hours to come back to the store. Don't waste your time donating and your money either for that matter since they're obviously crooks, steeling peoples clothing to make a profit. Just lost a customer and donator in 1 visit

actually do not waste you time coming here and trying to sell your clothes. I had good brands such as princess polly and nike they didn't take a single thing. there excuse was: "our stock is currently full" now all my clothes smell like there stupid store
