Don’t go here!! The employees are all teenagers that a rude, they will ignore you, and they’ll even tell you they’ll “pass” on taking your clothing items when in reality they didn’t even check it. I went in there with Chanel, Gucci purses, lululemon leggings, and Nike stuff in a box. They told me it’d be a 2 hour wait. I looked around the store and 15 minutes later they say there’re ready and that they’re going to pass on everything because it’s not up to their standards. They didn’t even look through it.

Wasn't gonna say anything but it really bugged me. I went in there looking for a couple things and just asked dude if they had any maternity leggings and the fella in a shirt 3 sizes too small rolled his eyes and tells me "THIS IS A TEEN STORE". Lol I'm in my 20s but I'm guess I'm too old for that store. All that guy had to say is nope we don't carry those. Shorter cashier dude was cool....the tall man was definitely too much...just remember this store is only for high schoolers and younger college. Lmao a TEEN STORE smh. Guess I'm too old for that place

Terrible place, I bought the clothes that were 90% off more out of novelty and I knew what I was going to pay; but the girl gave me a discount of 0.90%; I told her that it was incorrect and she told me that that was the promotion, I thought I had made a mistake but when I left the store I checked again and it was certainly 90%, this lady preferred to give me a lame excuse instead of correcting the error. I paid around 35 dollars when I only had to pay about 6 dollars. I bought it more for novelty and not because I really needed it. I was with a friend and she did get the 90% discount.

Don’t waste your time! One of the worst locations I’ve been to in the tri-state area.1. Very small- I understand some locations are larger and some are smaller but this location had clothes packed in so tight you can’t properly look at anything.2. Store was also very messy and unorganized- clothes on the floor or hanging in random places.3. Staff were unhelpful and unwilling to help- standing around while there was a long line of people waiting to check out.4. Had old brands (wet seal and rue21) and old styles (Nike Shox) yet told me my brand new Kancan jeans and one year-old boots were too old for them to buy

Been here a few times and every single time it has been fully staffed with teenage workers. I understand wanting to work at the thrift for a discount on nice clothes, but the workers here are consistently rude and dismissive. I have felt judged for buying a jacket at the front, and even just by being in the store itself. Whenever I walk in there is zero greeting, just a cold and long stare up and down. I love thrifting, but avoid this location at all costs purely because of the unprofessional staff despite the nice clothes at this location.

Won't buy things that are "too worn" won't buy name brand items like 80 to 100 dollar shoes worn one time mint condition also won't buy new items tag or no tag brought in nice addicts shoes both worn for one time each for special occasion. Lots of other items I brought I see similar items to them on the clothes racks in worse shape than the things I brought in would not recommend wasting time 5 bags of things barely worn and they wanted none of it wanted of time money and gas when they say to bring it in to their store to not take any of it

If you are looking for good customer service, you should go elsewhere. Four employees didn't even acknowledge me, although I was the only person in the store. I brought in Target liquidation clothing (brand new with tags/no clearance stickers on them) and they only took 7 pieces out of 50. I brought the same exact clothing to Maple Grove and Fargo and both stores took everything I brought in.

Understand it’s for the younger teens in society that probably shop and work there. But beyond rude workers 3 teens all behind the counter over heard them talking negative about things brought in out loud and laughing. Teach these kids better. Beyond disrespectful

Had a great experience with everyone working here this afternoon. Except, around 3:20 p.m we heard some young woman start swearing loudly and using the "f" word. She may have been an employee that had just gotten back from break or had just started her shift. I dont know what set her off but she just started yelling and swearing very loudly. When I moved closer to the registers she was gone. If she was an employee I would fire her. The reason I think she was is she entered the store before us, bent over at the entrance to snuff her cigarette and walked up to the registers like she did work there and was coming back from a break. Then 3 minutes later she lost her $hit. I felt sorry for the other 2 or 3 girls that were dealing with her. Do them a favor and fire the foul mouthed bad tempered one that smokes.

Definitely disappointed. I've brought bins upon bins of clothes here. Sorted from things never worn, still with their tags to the things that fit their standard of being clean, unstained, and unwrinkled. I've never worn any of these clothes more than once even. The first few times I was turned away for them being out of style and this last time I got turned away for no reason. They had a whole 24 hours to just write the reason on the slip.. the lady there said it was probably because of wear but over 75% of these clothes still had the tag. Brought the same bin to another Plato's and they bought over half.. really stop to read these reviews because I should've first as I guess im not the only one whose had this issue. Along with the staff being rude teenagers who need better management. If you're going to turn down massive bins of clothes and leave over half of them untouched you should be able to at least give a proper reason. If you're gonna hold your store to "designer clothes" then you should at least keep it clean too.. Shameful.

Came here today to sell clothes, when I filled out the info form and dropped off was told it would be about 30-40 min. I ran some other errands and came back just over an hour and a half later, my stuff had yet to be gone through and the girls said they “lost” my info sheet. I asked if they could still go through it and was told I would have to wait another 3+ hours. Aggravated, asked if they could go through sooner as I have already spent an hour and a half “killing time”. Came back 30 min later, and they did take some items. However I left with more than I even came in with. I pointed out the jacket on top of my bag was not mine and they took it, after getting back have 4 other items that were not mine. Wonder how often that happens here and why it feels I am rarely compensated for all that’s taken. I am just annoyed, and annoyed for whoever’s clothes I have now, as that’s money they are missing too. Such a bummer, I used to love Playtos!
