“So an update to my review, I received a call from the GM at this location and apologized for the issue, stated they can waive the fee and should have. So he will waive the fee and retrain the person whom I had to deal with. I'm glad to see that this was probably an isolated incident, maybe someone whom didn't realize that he was capable of reversing a late fee.”
