Thank you Amy Bakko from Riverdale Travels for our second successful cruise! Again, we chose Princess for the fall New England/Canada 7 day cruise. I don’t know how Amy did it, but we had amazing weather AND a full moon!
We love planning our cruises with Amy. She pays close attention to every detail and makes sure we go over our itinerary with us to make sure it’s what we want.
We’ll be back very soon to plan our next cruise, with Amy of course.

Amazing travel agent. I feel like I was a demanding client because this was the one and only time my family would be doing the “Disney Vacation.” She answered all of my questions and other random emails quickly. Her knowledge of planning and how to get the best deals for my family helped to make our trip magical (and more importantly less stressful). I have already recommended her to anyone I know that is thinking of going to Disney for the first time. Hands down, excellent.

Kristin Bender with Genie Travel has been working with me tirelessly over the past several months to book our Disney vacation! Working with their travel partner in East Africa, Amy at Riverdale Travel did an exceptional job planning the details of our first African safari trip. Having never been to Africa, we had literally no idea where to even start with our planning. Amy's planning and execution were flawless - not a single detail was overlooked. We were also celebrating a birthday, and the birthday greetings and celebrations started from the moment we arrived and extended throughout the entire duration of our stay and made a trip of a lifetime even more special. We had the good fortune to have Amy Bakko, of Riverdale Travel, plan a family trip abroad for us. We cruised from Venice to Athens by way of Croatia, Slovenia, and Turkey. There were nine of us which prompted the need for a good deal of coordination with transfers at multiple sites and in multiple vehicles. There was not a single issue with any of the logistics. Every transfer was on time and went smoothly. Her recommendation of a cruise ship, Azamara, turned out to be an excellent choice for us and the guided tours she arranged were with extremely knowledgeable professionals. Our family loved the trip so much they wished that once we reached the end, they could simply start it all over again. We highly recommend Amy and will certainly use her services again should the need arise.

We had the opportunity to work with Riverdale travel agency. We were recommended to work with Amy by a family member. Amy set us up for the best trip in South America. We felt safe, enjoyed the company of our tour group, and got to see the beautiful landscape of Peru and Bolivia. Any question we had for Amy, she had the answer. Highly recommend this travel agency and thank you Amy!

We worked with Margot to plan a fantastic trip to Spain! She did an excellent job of planning our itinerary, booking tours, suggesting hotels and arranging transportation. We had an amazing experience working with Kristin Bender at Riverdale Travel! She helped plan our family vacation to Universal Studios - Epic Universe, and everything went off without a hitch. I worked with Amy Bakko to plan our family trip to Spain. She made the whole process so much easier! She was knowledgeable, listened to our hopes and concerns, and was always available if we needed her. All documents such as itinerary and tickets, etc. were always emailed to us promptly. Everything Amy set up was just what we had asked for. The tour guides, drivers, and hotel staff were all excellent too. We will definitely work with Amy and Riverdale Travel for our next vacation.
