Me and my family have used this Sally's for years and some of the employees are really nice. Today I went in and one of the employees that was working was incredibly rude. She had an attitude and talked like me and the other customers were stupid. It made me feel like I might not want to come to this location anymore honestly. I think her name was Lexi because I heard another person call her that but I never got her name from her.
Have higher standards for your employees if you want people to actually be interested in shopping here.

Excellent customer service and great product selection. I felt welcomed and they expressed their appreciation for me going out of my way to come to their location. I will be a return customer! Any negative reviews on here are people that most likely be impossible to please or itching for a fight.

When a Brown person walks in don't automatically assume they are gonna steal. You did not even give a second glance when the white people walked through the aisle but the one hispanic person comes in and all of a sudden secure the building, then act surprised when she paid. Guess what the white lady with platinum blonde hair that y'all where super nice to paid, but not for the items she stuffed in her bag. Maybe next time don't be so racist.

Went in on Thursday, 12/28 and was helped immediately upon walking in the door. Employee was incredibly friendly. Short/fun colorful hair. I told the employee what I was looking to do (have my grown out highlighted ends all one color again, my natural color). They helped me pick out the best match. I was in and out within a few minutes.The color ended up matching perfect btw.

I can't remember the name of the employee who helped me, but they were a lovely individual who spent time to help me get the right shade of green I wanted/helped me pick a good blue to tone down my green hair into a darker shade. Most the employees here that I have interacted with don't bother you too much, are informative, friendly, and truly do seem to want to help you look and feel your best! I've bought a lot of iroiro hair dye here for a great price. They also usually have sales on either the dyes, hair products, or other misc things.

A super friendly Sally’s beauty supply store. The staff is always been helpful and attentive, when I don’t know what I’m looking for they will walk around and show me some good options. When I’ve gone in for hair things, they have asked thorough questions and have gotten me great products.

Whenever I have gone there to buy products for my hair, particularly graying hair, this one particular employee helps me out and he’s sooooo fantastic. I can not remember his name but he is blondish with glasses and has some piercings. I really like going here because of his helpfulness and great customer service. He always gives great advice . Thank you.
