Came into scrubs beyond young lady help me with the hijab and she never gave me a phone call or anything letting me know that my order is here in the store. The store manager fixed the issue and found the item for me!

I placed an order in the store with this woman with a hijab. I came back in the timeframe that she told me and spoke to a gentleman in the store to pick it up, And was disappointed in the news that I received from him. He told me that the order was never sent out to be embroidered and I start my clinicals on Monday. This would be my first day in class and I’m not prepared. I was very very angry. She told me that it was going to be in St Paul which was nearby the store to be Embroidered and just find out that it was In a city a hour away from the store. I am very disappointed with the service that I got from that woman, but the store manager was excellent!! He fix the entire situation gave me faith back into the company and gave me a discount on another shirt so I can at least have on that shirt thats required for my class. He saved the day!! Excellent customer service!! Like Amazing!!

Devonta was such an excellent help unbelievable! I actually planned on only buying one pair of scrubs but because of his help and willingness to help me and so courteously, I bought two pairs and some shirts thank you. I’ll be coming back to see you. :)

Don’t bother shopping here. Store manager made a mistake in posting a transaction and failed to resolve the issue.
Initially he assured me the mistake charges would be reversed, after two weeks the $150 dollars that was over charged on my card was not resolved. Contacted store, they said they would have to call me back. Waited 4 days with no call back. When last contact was made, they denied charges were made and I would have to contact corporate to resolve the issue. Done shopping here.

A gentleman helped me yesterday in the store and treated me like a friend and loyalty. He helped me pick several different fits and helped me choose which one fit the best. So helpful and such a lovely person. He even offered me a water while shopping. Thanks for the great experience.
