Very friendly and nice front desk staff. The people that gave me the epidurals to get a little relief were so nice and let me know step by step what was happening. It definitely helped my anxiety being it was the first time I’ve ever had to do this. I highly recommend them and I would definitely return for services as needed.

The medical staff are very kind and knowledgeable, but their billing department is a joke! Throughout the last few years, I have provided my insurance card each visit. Yet somehow they send me statements that they tried to bill some completely random insurance company who doesn't want to pay?! Shocker! I have called dozens of times, mailed in letters, mailed a copy of my insurance card, and even driven to the office to show my card. Yet..the circus continues. Such a waste of my time and added stress.
Don't get me wrong, the nurses, doctors ect are amazing! The billing headache ruins the experience!

This company has moved to a third party billing system. This vendor struggles to submit billing to my insurance carrier. My insurance is BCBS of MN - nothing unique. Each month I get a statement via email stating my claim has been denied since November. And each month, I verify that they have NOT even submitted a claim to my insurance carrier with the exception of last month. Last month, they submitted a partial claim for $20 for a bill that is $850. There is an option to ask questions about your bill and they will open a case. However, they have opened four cases for me and gotten no where. I talked to someone at directly at Suburban Imagining. They said, there is nobody to talk to but this company. Make sure you check with your insurance carrier before you pay any bills from them.
On 4.16.24, I received a call from Shirley. She is from Midwest Radiology. She stated that she looked into my situation and was monitoring my billing submissions and my bills with DOS for 11.02.23 and 3.12.24 were resubmitted. I was told I had her phone number if I were to have future issues. However, these issues have not been resolved. I have received two emails demanding payment in full for both services. I have received one phone call with a voicemail stating my insurance company isn't responding, and today I received a statement from Suburban Imaging with the full amount due for both services. My insurance company has not denied any claims from them. They are not showing any claims from them at all. Suburban Imaging is in network with BCBS, and up until January of 2023, I have never had an issue with them submitting bills. I tried to email their third party bill company and no response. I have called Shirley and no response. I went online to the BBB, and can see several reviews and complaints with similar billing issues. Some of these folks have been put into collections. Some paid the debt to avoid collections and wait a few years to get reimbursed. If this has happened to you, contact the Attorney General. I am going to be filing a compliant. These people are taking advantage of vulnerable sick people that are not always in a position to deal with these billing issues.

Adam completely left me laying… srapped down on the table for 20 minutes without telling me what was going on. I was shouting for him I will not ever go back there. Compassion is nowhere to be found

Staff was nice enough, but they were supposed to do an ultrasound of a lymphnode in my neck and my thyroid, but only did the lymphnode.

I had a steroid shot here last month. The front desk lady was kind and the dr and nurse who help me were so nice and thorough. My husband and I left impressed I highly recommend.

My husband had an MRI today and the woman that called us from the waiting room was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me to the point where we were going to leave and schedule somewhere else. When I asked if my husband had to get into a gown she said, "I haven't got that far yet. There's a waiting room around the corner why don't you just go over there and have a seat while we talk about his eyes."

Less than one star. Trying to get a simple question answered and spent 5 minutes clicking through answering devices and then 10 more with people that had no idea how to address my concerns after the machine sent me to the wrong office. HORRIBLE!

A few years back I had some issues with this place they had several biopsies performed two because they didn’t get it the first time lying in my stomach being stabbed and the third time because they didn’t get the marker in me !! This is all while I had multiple hematomas they knew they didn’t get a marker in me but they let me go only to call me less than 30 min later ! Awful experience have a case of anxiety every time I go for a mammogram it was the most traumatizing experience I have ever experienced !

I had an ultrasound done and had a great experience! The front staff desk was friendly and the ultrasound tech Kim was amazing! She was very kind and sincere, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. All in all I had a wonderful experience.
