I badly needed an MRI and had to wait a long time for my appointment. Made the mistake of admitting I had a steel filing removed from the surface of my eye 40 years ago. Even though I could prove I had an MRI recently at a different place, I could not prove I had my head x-rayed. So I was put in a position of getting a full head x-ray or walking away with no scan. No common sense at all, on their part just blind rule following with an aggressive, “I’m not explaining why attitude”. I wonder if they would have had the same approach if it was their own young daughter’s head getting x-rayed for no reason. I remained polite, but inside I was seething.

The care is hands down great. I have gone here every October for 13 years. Somehow their billing is just an issue, my insurance has been the same all 13 years. When you check in they copy your insurance card. Yet they sent my bill to the wrong insurance company. Then they superimposed my insurance #. So I called my insurance who advised tk call the head of their billing in another state. I advised of both mistakes and having my info on file for 13 years, someone in their billing is the issue. Either training or cannot read or is dyslexic. But they need to find the problem and assist them to correct the issue at hand. I will go back.

I was 7 min late after driving over an hour to get there. They blew me off and made excuses as to why they couldn't do there job. Nobody seemed to care and waiting for an opening apparently wasn't an option. The lack of sympathy and unprofessionalism is appalling.

Truly they Care ??Genuine Compassion, extremely Helpful, Very Patient, and "Customer Service" at it's FINEST!!! SOOOOOO Wonderful to have these 2 Women be the First Member's of the TEAM Representing Suburban Imaging ?

Candy was very efficient and very pleasant as the technician who did my MRI. I highly recommend this location. Staff is very friendly and in a convenient location across from Mercy Hospital.
