The team was very rude and disrespectful including the manager. They don’t know how to do their job properly. The team was mistreating me because I am a Muslim women wearing a hijab. I bought a device from them and I have full coverage over it, unfortunately the device was lost and I told them that I had full coverage over it so they said they wouldn’t charge me, But when I left T- mobile and switched to another company they sent me a fine that I had to pay. I never about it and when I told the manager he said that’s not the teams problem and was being rude. Also just because they treat other people differently I will be informing everyone I know about this issue.

My husband, sister in law, a friend, and I were here on Saturday (10/21) and worked with John Buschland for a few hours getting our plan switched from AT&T. Wow, I have never had such great service with fun people at a phone store! We were a pretty big group with a lot of questions and all different types of phones and the whole staff there all pitched in and helped make our experience great. I really want to give a shout out to John though as he was the nicest guy who vibed with our group so well, we felt like we had known him for years! Such a great customer service experience. Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrendous customer service, Grant the "manager" seemed way more interested in getting his pizza delivered than assistanting a long-time customer. Their customer service team, after a horribly long phone call, input my wife's last name incorrectly deeming them unable to assist me with a simple phone number port over.What really added to it was the fact that when i gave my name and number to their greeter, he had no problem putting me in the system to wait 20 minutes to be "helped" in the first place.They were extremely smug and rude throughout the process and i could only recommend going to this location if you are given the choice between going to this store or being boiled alive.

Wife and I had a wonderful experience, great service and pricing. Switched from another carrier after decades as they dropped the ball and treated us poorly. Hats off to Naimy and her work team and manager

Currently I'm a little irritated with them after 20 plus years of being a customer I bought a new phone had it for 9 months they did an update it no longer connected to my car so then I have to go and buy another new phone this has happened twice third new phone now and they charge you a connect your device when they're the ones who caused your device to not work these tech companies and phone companies are getting far too big to even care about anything but the money that they take in I thought we weren't supposed to have monopolies but yet they're all in it together

The store isn’t as bad as the actual cell coverage service. Tried the home Wi-Fi router and only got 2mbps. We are outside of Milaca.

Terrible customer service. You are told you have to do their jobs for them. Dont bothee getting any form of insurance. Jacob was terrible.

Very helpful, honest and polite sales staff. From now on, I will only do business in person vs. Calling the tmobile hot line. The person who was helping me over the phone was trying to scam me into a supposedly free smart watch. I told her twice I didn't want it, but when it got time to pay she added it anyway. So I hung up and told her I was going directly to the store.

Brian Willhite was patient, knowledgeable, kind. Helped me in a non judgemental way. Got me the phone I needed , AND it was not the most expensive, if anything, one that was perfect for me. Thank you Brian. I appreciate your kindness , and your knowledge, and your ability to help .

This store is super busy in a very dangerous parking lot. But the staff are amazing. Too bad they didn't keep the other store in Riverdale that was bigger and kept more off the Sprint staff to help these amazing workers.

I used AT&T forever until they decided to screw me over so I went to T-Mobile instead. What I didn't realize was the great service I'd be getting with that switch. And did I mention the price difference yet? Wow! Try half the cost for 2 phones and lines from what I paid AT&T. That's crazy right!?! T-Mobile has just as great quality service, all the same phones, the customer service is fantastic, and they do everything for half the cost as some of the other providers. If more people were aware of this, they'd probably switch too.

Disgusting customer service that's T-Mobil. The support service manager cannot correctly take the card details in order to process the automatic payment. It's not professional. But, they don't even try to correct their mistakes and apologize, they try to take more money from you and convince you that it's your fault. It's easier to use free wi-fi in a cafe than to do business with this company.

If the prices weren't soo high and if they used a cord to transfer my data instead of wireless it would not have taken 5 hours lol and I would have given 5 stars. Not their fault tho. Paul was my rep and he did great, went above and beyond.
