My wife and I needed help selecting new smart phones and then getting them connected to our carrier. We stopped at the Target Coon Rapids store and met Jack who walked us through how to select the best new phone for our needs. He didn't have the model we wanted in stock, so he suggested we order it on-line and then he invited us back to help us get them connected and get our old phone data and apps transferred to the new phones. We took him up on his offer. Jack is a fountain of knowledge about cell phones and he got us up and running very quickly. We are Consumer Cellular customers, but I would recommend him for any phone company. It was a very easy and pleasant experience for us both. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Shop here about every other day due to a gnarly kombucha addiction. 5 stars for front-end staff. I would go elsewhere for a larger product selection, however I would then be forfeiting Barb hugs and morning chats with Vicki.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Seriously-went to return two items that had been purchased on the same day. One OshKosh item went just fine, the other OshKosh didn't show in the system, though other same-as items did, just in a different color. The MANAGER ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to give me the return! She suggested I donate the $20 item to charity. My action on this treatment is to GO TO A DIFFERENT TARGET, even if it's out if my way. I've never been disregarded like this at any other Target. Why punish a customer because COVID made me visit the store less during the "return block?"

Wonderful staff is very helpful and the layout is intuitive and easy to follow. Although they do not have a full grocery, they have a large grocery area and I can always find what I need. Their Starbucks is also very good and has good baristas and quick service.

Target is a fine store, but their "Red Card" is evidence of a company that no longer cares for its customers. I have been a Target shopper and Target Card user from when the company started. (At the U of M in the 1960s, I had dinner with a group of student leaders and the inspirational Doug Dayton and his wife.) Last month, I travelled out of state to be with a life-long friend who ultimately died of cancer. During that time, I missed a payment of $29.00. Upon my return, I found a dunning letter, threatening collection action. I immediately sent in my payment, and tried to contact the company, both through their website and by phone. There is no way to actually talk to a real person. Over the phone, I worked through the option-tree until I could tell them that I made the payment. Today, four days later, I got another dunning, threatening form letter. I expected more from Target. Too bad it seems to have the soul of a big box. Gary B.

This store has nothing they claim, checked for computer glasses online they claimed to have 4 pairs. Nope not one. I asked around they said they never carried them. Every time I go it is a guessing game as to which price I will get charged. I even take pictures of the sale price and show them, then they go back verify I was right and still try and charge you full price. Nope, haven't been there in 5yrs, tried again tonight, won't be back as they have not changed.

i love this place, but there was one rude worker but the rest are nice. she wouldn't let people sit in the cart but all the other workers let us. but that one worker can't ruin the stores reputation so 5/5

Unprofessional rude staff, clearly prejudice as well. Would recommend this location at all especially for any minority group.

This location is not the usual location that I frequent but I had some shopping in the area so I decided that I would stop in to pick up some items. All of the Target stores are fairly easy to shop in the lay outs are primarily the same. I had a coupon that I wanted to use and the cashier was not certain how to authorize it and had to wait for awhile for her to get assistance otherwise I had an average shopping experience at this location

I live in Blaine but frequent Coon Rapids area on a regular basis. I went to my local Blaine store on a regular weeknight to pick up something I have been wanting for a while being an iPad pro. After checking inventory of the item online, Blaine & Coon Rapids where the only 2 stores that had the model and color I wanted. I hit the Blaine Target on my way home and unfortunately there inventory was off and did not have the one I wanted in stock despite it showing available for in store pickup on the website. Target tech was very nice, looked for the item for me, checked the computers but it was not there. They apologized, the store is going under a major remodel not a big deal things happen. The rep at Blaine offered to call Coon Rapids for me and physically verify they had the one I want with another staff member at this store as the website also said they had 1 left. He confirmed with me they did, so I headed over to Coon Rapids just to get it done and they only had 1 of the models I want left. I had one of the managers come over to electronics Daniel who was very kinda, found the iPad I wanted and even rung me up personally. Offered me the square trade warranty which was great and I walked out with what I wanted same day. Thank you Daniel for personally handling my purchase after being sent over from Blaine. It was smooth sailing, they had what I wanted and the red card keeps you loyal to target. Great experience at this location regarding a decent size purchase. Thank you to the staff for putting the customer first.

Worked here briefly. Young diabetic man treated like crap for requesting break. Scolded for not taking it earlier - his managers ignored it because it was busy. He seemed in pain and leaning on counter. Manager Wendy acted heartless. Supervisors got breaks, other workers it was hit/miss on unpaids. Just like other customer, felt like followed by security when buying a couple foods and a snack. This guy might want to attend to the electronics section that has trouble holding on to goods with people around, rather than worrying about a worker's $1=2 juice or grilled cheese purchase they don't even request their discount on.
