Does not respect diversity, equity, and inclusion. That’s anti-American and goes against the core of this country’s values. I will not support any business owners who does not respect presence of differences in dimensions of human identity. HARD PASS. I’ll find somewhere else!

store clerk that assisted me at the customer service station was very knowledgeable and patient enough to assist me return my online purchase instore. Walked me through the return verification process new to me. Very happy with her help.

If you're going to offer a service, you should be able to fulfill it or don't offer it. Shut it down for the day when you don't have enough employees, or make the manager help out. I need diapers, tylenol, a couple of toys and few groceries. I can't go shopping until later when I don't have to bring babies out into the too cold weather, so drive up in this case is more than a convenient option in this age of advanced technology, it's a helpful tool for families. When you can't get it ready after I've paid, or even process it within 2 hours, that doesn't sound like my problem until you've made it so. Yeah, stuff happens, but I planned this around when I have to take my other son to school so that's a big let down which changes my day and causes me to have to shop elsewhere. Since I'm newer to this shopping method (and having multiple babies) I'm going to assume that this is probably par for the course with this location and go elsewhere for my costly items instead of risk having my family's time wasted again. I cancelled the expensive order and the small one. No thanks.

Multiple times now I have bought games from their electronics section and multiple times now they won't load or have corrupted data so I can't update anything and they won't take returns/exchanges once it's open? How y'all gonna sell games that don't work? At this point I'd rather go to Walmart and I hate Walmart with a passion but this place is turning into Walmart with their terrible quality products. Disappointing.

Came in and asked for a manager. The lady I dealt at first was puzzled and confused by my request but when I finally said I need to talk to whoever is in charge, she sent the MOD to my direction. MOD and the lady helping her really went out of their way to try to locate what I was looking for. They did not have it but they still provided great customer service.

Lost a 32 year customer today. The trainer at the help desk could have easily resolved the issue.

I applaud Target for lowering prices on essentials. They made a big mistake when they tried to upscale from Walmart and focus on brand name decor. They have a slim selection of most items compared to Walmart. They eliminated the garden center which I loved, and the new pick up entry facade is unappealing. I hope they can continue to address the prices and these issues that drove me away.
