Rented a sewer snake that was terribly kinked at the end of the line and it hosed itself up and would not retract. I had to pull it out myself and brought it back to let them know the machine was messed up. They said that the manager would call me before they charged me, but they never did and charged me full price for the broken equipment.

Wow just so disappointed! Our contractor sent us with precise measurements on vinyl. The staff (3) males working in flooring!!!!!!- didnt know how to do the math! So we asked for their supervisor. He was great didnthe measurements several times and assured us he was accurate and with his assurance we ordered our flooring (they dont have much in stock......). We had to call them to see if our flooring arrived weeks later. Hmmm it was, so we went there and they said they would do the cuts as specified by our contractor. Hmmmm. The amount of flooring was short! What!?!?! After spending an hour plus with mgmt. promising his math- it was wrong! The. They accused us of having the incorrect measurements- Bs! We requested "that supervisor" He remembered us, and indeed admitted to not doing the math right thus NOW we are short flooring! I will NOT go back! Menards Lowes you have my business from now on! Just a complete joke for staff! Put them all in gardening already!

Rented a blade that was as sharp as a butterknife. Upon returning it, the employee acknowledged that it was unusable, but didn't refund us the money or even waive the late fee.

I'll start out by saying I had worked for Home Depot for around 4 years before I made the decision to quit. The Store Manager Brooks and Assistant Manager Crystal do not respect their employees, no matter how much they try to put on a fake front to customers and corporate. The way associates are being treated at this Coon Rapids store is horrible. They will constantly tear you down, not to mention talk about you if they don't like you to other associates or people in the store. I would dread walking into work everyday, because I knew as soon as I clocked in I would be degraded and talked down to. It is a toxic work environment which is why I needed to make the decision to move on. If it wasn't for the way I and my coworkers were treated daily, I would still be working for The Home Depot. The Home Depot preaches about the values they have as a company. A few of their "values" is respect for all people, taking care of our people, and doing the right thing. The Store Manager Brooks and Assistant Manager Crystal do not follow these values which has made so many people quit and be unhappy working there. I will not support The Home Depot as a company anymore because I do not agree with the utter disrespect they have for people and their employees.

It's So So today I called the Fridley HD they told me that, somehow it's was shipped to the CoonRapid HD and it was ready for pick up. So I was confused why over there when I ordered to this location. So I called the CoonRapid HD. (Im not gonna call names) A Customer Service pick up I went through all the detail with him I gave him my order number and phone number guess what he was giving me attitude on the phone like he said it's not in the store it's at Fridley but I call the place and they say it was here so he was being a stubborn guy or newly hire giving my attitude like "oh I have to go find it so give me some time ok, I have to go find it and it's gonna take me 10-20min" he was also interrupting me when I was going to answer him and he kept over talking me. (So unprofessional how did he get the front desk job?) Then later he told me he will call me back so I left my phone next to me....tick....tick.... Half an hour pass I called back and ask for the same guy another guy pick up and told me that "oh he did called you but you didn't pick up" I'm like my phone was next to me all the time and he just kept on cover the other dude like oh he did called you but you didn't pick up, so they found the product and I stop by there at the CoonRapid HD a new Customer Service helped me he was way professional then the other two I had to deal with and he also understanding and apologize for the Incident that happen. Other then that this store will had a One star

this store has gone to crap. I buy wood and many other supplies here. often I have it cut by a "professional ". Today I was building a 14 shelf, shelf unit. I told her to please cut them to 40" lengths. she put several boards on the cutter and cut. she did that 2 or 3 times. my mistake is I didn't measure them on the spot. I shouldn't have to. so as I'm working on my shelf unit I see there are 3 boards too short and 3 too long. I can fix the long ones, but the short need to replaced. so, I went in the store and talked to Jason at CS. some cashier, a person in the department and tried to speak to a manager. she wouldn't even come discuss this with me. her response to the people I talked to said too bad basically. they don't guarantee cuts. All of this over 2 pieces of cheap lumber, $3.75 each. that lose a HD card holder to Lowes down the street and I'll cut up my card the second I get home, I'll enjoy Lowes better I'm sure. you lost a customer thats been loyal since you came to minn. big mistake

Coon Rapids Home Depot #2803. Awful customer service, very rude managers. I asked for help multiple times in regard to a dryer issue on a dryer that was 3 weeks old and received 0 help. Carrie was very rude and condescending, and Jenna was extremely unhelpful. I guarantee (in fact I did it and received 1000% better help than here) that had I purchased from Lowe's I would have had an answer in 3 days, not 2 months. Will never go back, will never purchase another Samsung Appliance and am telling every person I know.

In April, we purchased an entire kitchen suite. When it arrived 6 weeks later, our excitement was halted by the fact that Home Depot and the delivery guys "had a misunderstanding" so our install was delayed. They both blamed each other. In addition, our delivery guys broke our stove when taking it off the truck. 2 weeks later, we get the new stove...BUT again, no installation was not included (even though we paid for it). We called 2 days before delivery and Home Depot promised install would be there. The delivery guy took pity and installed the microwave that had been sitting in our living room for 2 weeks. It was a nice offer, but the microwave was installed without venting it to the outside (it was venting into the cabinet)! Home Depot couldn't be reached to discuss when the stove would be installed...so my hubby ended up doing it. I give D- for poor communication and even more poor coordination with installers. We've learned our lesson. Never again.

My wife and I went there to buy a dewalt tree saw. All the saws were up above on the extra stock shelves . We ended up asking a cashier to try and get us some help. She Told us that she would get someone and to wait in the Isle and they should be there shortly .We waited around 35 minutes and no one ever showed up. I decided to give the cashier one more chance and when I let her know no one ever came over she gave me attitude like I Was bothering her . I mean what is a customer to do summon help through a crystal ball.I also noticed an associate texting on her phone within 20 feet of the Isle we had been waiting in. My wife and I left the store an hour after we got there for something that maybe should of took 15 minutes. Very frustrating Home Depot ! I Should say that the two young men that finally got ther to help couldn't have been any nicer.

I give ZERO Stars to the flooring department at Home Depot! Whatever you do, DO NOT GO WITH HOME DEPOT who uses CREW2 for your carpet install. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. You will end up with carpeting that is shot and matted after a very short period of time (one year for us). Trust me, the "free install" IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! They basically cut the carpet and throw it in and do not stretch (an inspector from Crew2 also verified this happened with their OWN company and still won't fix) which inevitably will leave you with RUINED carpeting in the end that they will refuse to replace. I have gone rounds with Home depot and Crew2 who play the blame game. They do not call or email back but after spending hours chasing people down to fix the problem they will ultimately admit to their wrong doing by giving you a SMALL refund ($400 refund after spending $5,000 for me) which is a small fraction of the cost you originally spent. I have never been so unhappy and appalled by these two companies and how they do business. They DO NOT care about their customers satisfaction whatsoever, are RUDE and do not listen. You will waste your time and money. PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT GO WITH HOME DEPOT WHO USES CREW2 FOR THE FREE INSTALL. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT DOING A GOOD SATISFACTORY JOB.

Today I was pleasantly surprised at how I was greeted and treated by Albertina and Salitt I was looking for some blinds that needed to be cut and Albertina showing Salitt how to operate the cutter how is a new associate very eager to learn all aspects of the position his upbeat attitude let me to ask him about where he was from come to find out we had mutual friends now my purchase has become fun the only advice I would give them is please don't change how you treat your guest now days store associate won't even look at you let alone speak in all very happy.

Stopped at Home Depot Tuesday looking for wooden shelving. Had awesome help from one Home Depot employee selecting plywood, another fella cutting good to dimensions needed and a third employee who brought plywood sections to our car and loaded into our trunck! A big THANK YOU to those three special employees (friends) who enabled my husband (83) and I to complete our closet shelves project today!
