I would never rent from here ever again and I would never recommend anybody step foot in here. After spending hundreds of dollars, I received poor customer service in store, in person, and via email all from different contacts connected to this store. Very strange. Do not come here!

Staff at the front desk (2 gentlemen) were super nice! We've used this location before and will continue to do so for future rentals.

We have always had good service here. It was confusing when we went for pickup as the place looked closed, but the employee managed to find out where the lights were later on that evening.

Saying HI to a customer that walks in goes a long way. Just courtesy to acknowledge a person that walks in, even if no one can help them in that moment. Instead a lady was sitting at a desk ignoring customers while her coworker was running in and out getting equipment and trucks for the customers.
Then other workers in the back instead of coming to help the line go down for a few minutes, this includes what I assume the manager in the black shirt.
Also the website didn’t really mention anything about charging per mile on top of the truck rental. If it is I didn’t see it anywhere, not even on the posters with prices above the front desks.
It is the last Saturday of the month which I’m assuming would be the busy weekend for moving. And U-Haul store workers seemed to not care. The only person there that seemed to be working her tail off was the truck-equipment runner, and she also did it with a good attitude. I hope she gets this message that customers noticed her hard work, and also noticed her lame coworkers.

I have always had great customer service. I have never had any problems with the equipment. Not sure why there are so many negative comments?

Quick, BUT. They did not properly, reinstall the interior of the bumper and slightly damaged one of the clips. And they forgot to reconnect the bottom exterior of the rear bumper back to the frame.

Horrible customer service. They couldn’t stop watching Tv and get off there phones to help a customer. They also charged me an after hours drop off fee that was not communicated to me before I left with the trailer. When speaking on the phone with the sales person about the unexpected additional fee he was very rude to me and said it wasn’t his job to read the contract nor tell the customers about it. He also said the reason they don’t tell people about the additional fee is because it falls on def ears. And that there was nothing I could do about getting my money back. I will be disputing the additional charges with my credit card company as unauthorized charges from the merchant.
