Change the online hours to 8 AM if that’s when you open I planned my entire morning, according to the online hours of them opening at 9 AM supposedly yet they were open at eight . when I got there i also saw the sign on the window said 8 as well. Also, the man working behind the counter was extremely patronizing. I simply asked for him to scan and give me a receipt of tracking, and he had to make some condescending comment about it..

They’re have one of the rudest group of people there and they always look like they don’t want to be there. They charge over a 1$ for a piece of tape that’s ridiculous.

Came in to look for a box to return my textbook in. Had a horrible experience with a rude younger male employee (unfortunately did not catch his name) who was not helpful in the slightest. Left and will not return.

The guy Andy behind the front counter is extremely rude and condescending towards customers. I brought in 2 Amazon returns and was working with another employee and one of the returns was accepted and the other return was not because it needed an outside shipping box. No big deal these things happen but when I asked the gentleman who was assisting me behind the counter how I can avoid making that mistake in the future as I wasn’t clear on how to discern that before coming to the store Andy rudely jumped in our conversation in an extremely condescending and argumentative tone and repeatedly said I needed an external shipping box. When I explained I already was aware of that and I was just seeking clarification on how I could be more prepared in the future he continued to be condescending and not answer my question. When I told him I didn’t understand why my question was making him mad he said “take it up with Amazon” again in a condescending rude tone. His rude behavior is completely unacceptable. He offered no solutions or answers. He didn’t even offer to help me buy a box on premises so I could make my return. Not to mention the other gentleman behind the counter watched this whole thing unfold and rather than tell Andy he was out of line or even tell him that he could handle it, since he was the person who was helping me at the register he just stood there complicit. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. UPS needs to do better customer service and equity training especially at this location.

I went to drop off a Verizon return today 10/5/23. I rarely ship so I didn’t have any tape to simply seal the box. I figured I would be charged for it, no problem. The old guy at the counter, I didn’t catch his name, was pretty rude about a single piece of tape. “Taping is your responsibility” he said in a condescending tone. If he hates his job so much to be a prick about a piece of tape, he should just quit or better yet get fired for talking to customers that way. It was a single piece of tape. I am definitely not the first nor will I be the last to be treated that way until UPS decides to do something about it. Unreal.

Had to pay $5 for a roll of tape to put only a few feet on my box going back to Amazon. Customer ahead of me who was helped by another associate was charged a dollar for the same service. They also wanted to re-package my box which was an original box from the vendor. My guess is to charge me more money, but I said no.Thought all Amazon returns were free, but I guess not. Will be bringing future returns to some place else.

If I could give them 0 stars I would everytime I go in the employees are rude and disrespectful and will not help me if it’s not that the package always arrives damaged or broken this is the last time I will ever use ups hands down worst delivery company out of all of them

Andy the manger was such a gem! Great customer service even when we arrived a little before closing time. Took the time to explain everything and was super kind. Overall great experience.
