Worst Walgreen's i have ever dealt with, the staff has no idea when prescriptions will be filled or if they will. They never answer the phone so calling is not an option, they put it on hold repeatedly and never talk until the call times out. Do not do business here.

Every time I come here, even if my prescription is ready, there is a long wait. When trying to get in contact with someone over the phone to address questions about a prescription order, they just continue letting the call time out, pick up the phone, and pt it back on hold. If yo are seeking customer service, go to a different pharmacy.

This is the worse place to order rx online. I ordered 2 things from the store and included 4 out of the 9 prescriptions on file. I recvd an email stating my order was ready for pick up. Once I arrived the pharmacy was closed. Guess it's not open on Sundays. Why would they say it's ready when clearly it can't be.
My account was charged $80 yet I didn't leave with any meds.
When I went thru the drive thru to get my order the pharmacist said I didn't have an order ready!! Ugh, after going round for round I said fine I'll pay the $65.
I gave her my card when she returned it thru the window along with all 9 prescriptions i had seen i was charged $168. Holy shit i was so beyond upset, yet I was going to be late for work.
I said whatever I'll be sure to email headquarters. The reply from them said it'll take 24 hrs.
Let's see what if anything they'll do to correct the $80 and the $168.

I’m not one to complain. But currently have Covid and all I need was an inhaler. I refill my prescription, takes them 3 days to fill it then they close for unforeseen circumstances the very next day. So when somebody needs their meds how are they suppose to get them?! This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this at this specific location. Honestly embarrassing and I’ve been miserable waiting on meds

This pharmacy is a joke. When I had gestational diabetes they filled the Rx wrong and I had two pay a second glucometer so my insurance would cover the test strips. Then today I get a call at 12 if I don’t get there by 4 my daughters Rx ia getting restocked. Wait in line for over 20 minutes to be told it’s not there. This place is the worst do your business elsewhere where mouth breathing clowns aren’t there.

They wouldn’t give the bathroom key for a small child emergency without buying something. A small child is a joke. I get an adult making them but kids are a whole different story.

The systems were down and the staff weren’t communicating this to anyone. My son and I were there to get COVID test and weren’t feeling well. The tech didn’t let us know what was going on stared at the computer. We decided to sit down since we were lightheaded and had headaches. People were lining asking if we were in line informed them I don’t know what’s going on. Another tech finally communicated saying the systems were down. I said should tell people that do we know what’s going on. Upon waiting another ten minutes I was debating on leaving either by a at home kit or go to CVS. Finally checked us in and tested us. She claimed we would get the test results in less than 10mins via email. 1hr later didn’t receive any correspondence from Walgreens with my test results. Called and spoke with someone who put me on hold and said they sent the results check my spam folder as if I didn’t already do that. Finally give me the results over the phone. I will no longer do any medical related business with Walgreens. I know they don’t care. Either pay your staff better or hire people whom can actually communicate when technical issues are occurring so people can choose what to do with their time. I can’t get 45 minutes of my time that was wasted back.

This is only for the pharmacy dept. I don't know what's going on but I have been a loyal customer now for over 20 yrs. I have had to switch meds from this location to another because of delays and not getting meds on time. I needed a refill for my rescue inhaler, I tried calling several different times I would wait wait wait hearing the message hearing the line ring and ring and ring and it would sound like somebody put it on hold and then get hung up on today was the last straw. I flexed my schedule at work so I could use extra time to call them I had started at about 9 minutes into my 1-hour lunch I got hung up on twice called back both times this third time I could tell they kept putting it on hold after 4 times they just hung up it was 11 minutes past my hour lunch. This is ridiculous, busy the line out or do something so that people don't waste all their time just trying to reach you. They have now lost all of my business and since I don't go to the pharmacy I probably won't shop at that Walgreens either it's really sad.

This pharmacy needs to be shut down. Either that or get rid of these employees and start over. There isn't even a pharmacist here anymore the last couple months, that tells you something. I've been waiting a week for a script. I give them two more days and they still don't have it done. It's reflux medicine for my baby too, not something you can wait on. I've been filling here for a long time, the last year has been the worst. I'm never filling anything here again.

Awesome pharmacy staff. I had just gotten prescriptions filled for an ill family member.Technicians and Pharmacist were very friendly & efficient. Pharmacist Mike was very informative and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond. I will be back again!

I don’t know what has happened to this Walgreens but the customer service has really gotten bad. There’s 3 young women in particular (1 in the pharmacy and two in the store) that are especially rude and disrespectful. They treat the customers like being a customer is an inconvenience to them. I don’t like shopping at this Walgreens or getting my prescriptions from it anymore.
