Multiple staff members lied about return policy and refuse to get a manager when asked.

The staff is not friendly, any comments stating that are lies. A waiter prescription will take a few hours. They claim it is due to being swamped. Here's what swamped means to them 2 techs and a pharmacist, one tech in lala land chatting it up with the other tech who's in drive through. As a previous pharmacy tech for Walgreens( 24 hour stores) 2 techs and a pharmacy can still get the job done efficiently when none of them are wasting time. This pharmacy is a joke. And it's not the lack of techs but the quality of pharmacy technicians which these days is non existent.

Bill he is a manager is rude and gets in peoples face . Was asked to get out of my face 3 times and spit on me. Refuses to give me his bosses information. The form for pickup that you sign and are instilled well if you ask bill you get refused. Bill refused to give a copy if you sign for the medication. The pharmacist thinks she is the only one on earth. She said well you should have read what you signed I have I want a copy of it. Then she said without me you wouldn’t have the medication. Like honey you are replaceable. They are out of their minds there. When you have a boot on your foot your obviously in pain and wouldn’t be jumping a counter. lol great excuse to tell a cop bill the manager said that after the assault. They think they are all above the law and the regional manager still hasn’t return any call request. The one lovey young lady that was there 3 months ago isn’t anymore and I hope she went to a better employer. They wonder why they can’t keep staff. Well I can tell you it might sit between the man who can’t give space and the entitled pharmacist. They cooperate won’t do anything. They really need to over haul the store .this isn’t all don’t get pills within the time they say the refills are ready. When the app says it’s ready well it’s not when your birth control is on an auto refill and they don’t auto refill it. Or 30 days ago when no one could call the store cause they were the only place with phones down. It’s time for them to be held accountable and it’s time for them to not break my constitutional rights and time for them to uphold their own policies. Walgreens is not above the law. It’s okay you’re supposed to make sure the paperwork work is actually signed. Hope you can see the name I wrote. Since I put a line there for you.
If by chance cooperate sees this feel free to return one of my 15 calls I have made over the last 3 months .

I do believe that they will eventually face a lot of lawsuits. My spouse needed a medication for after her surgery, and as their website and google have stated that they are open 24 hr, our doctor sent the RX to them, but after i drove 20 minutes to get there they were closed, and will not be open for the next 2 days. we now don't know what we can do. My spouse has an infection after surgery, now her life is in danger and we don't know what to do, it’s 11 pm and we can not even transfer the RX to other pharmacy because of their LIE!! Shame on you, you deserve criminal charges!!

Go somewhere else. Don't waist your time/day with a scheduled appointment

You should consider not selling tobacco products if you really care about customer's health and well-being. CVS stores banned Nicotine products many years ago. At least, you sell smoking cessation products.

Pharmacy hung up on me 5 times while on hold for refill.

Been here multiple times, not by choice, but because it's the only 24/7 pharmacy in the area. Each time has been an awful experience requiring me to wait hours after just being discharged from the hospital.

I get it - the pharmacy is understaffed.
But then tell the people who are clearly holding up the line outside to come inside and let us folks who have verified texts/emails to come pick up our stuff. Example: there was a lady who dropped off a prescription in front of us. Like girl, go inside. The drive thru is for folks who legit cannot go inside the store. STOP USING THE DRIVE THRU BECAUSE YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE WALKING.

The drive thru was open today which is not a common occurrence anymore. It's been 20 minutes and they're still serving / not serving the same car for the last 20 minutes
Do not come between 6 and 9pm because the drive thru will probably be closed and the line inside will probably take 45 minutes to get through.
It hasn't always been this bad but for the past 3-6 months it's unbearable. All other locations have terrible hours so apparently everyone in the world comes here.

I completed an online order and received the following text when the order was ready:
Walgreens: Order ready at drive-thru or photo counter! ID required. Let us know when you're here.
So I proceeded to the drive-thru at which point the associate didn’t seem to understand what I was referring to when I stated I was picking up an online order. She asked me what was in the order when I asked if they could just look it up by my name. They left and came back with my order then proceeded to tell me I needed to come into the store to pickup my order. I said that is not what the text I received says but they cut me off and said, “I’m not going to go back and forth with you”.
I did not appreciate the attitude and condescension of your associate who would not even hear me out as to why I came to the drive-thru. If your store’s policy is that a customer needs to come into the store to pickup an order, your system’s automated messaging needs to be updated to reflect that. Furthermore, train your associates to not be dismissive and condescending to your customers.

If you’re white, the black pharmacist will tell you she cannot find your medications.

It’s the worst location ever I receive a message they say it’s ready to pick up when I go there. They tell me it’s not ready. They send me another time and the line for drive-through it took me one hour to reach the window then they tell me it’s not ready and I show them. I have a message from you it says ready.

I absolutely HATE Walgreens pharmacy. Waited over 3 hours for a prescription only to get their and tell me it still wasn't ready. I was told it would be another 15 minutes and would have to yet again, wait at the back of the line. I had a surgical procedure and needed my pain meds, get I don't get them tonight.
