Entrance is a safety hazard, no salt on sidewalks so ice forms there. Almost slipped and would have taken some real damage on that concrete. I'm wearing proper boots too so even worse

5 or 6 reviews total since on line reviews became an option. I typically do not find value in reading, nor posting them. But, the customer service I experienced at this location last Saturday was enough to prompt this review.
You have a young lady who was working the counter at the pharmacy. Only because I did not bother to get her name and have no way else to describe her, she was a thin, Caucasian female with many facial piercings.
I understand we are currently in the midst of an opiod epidemic, so I do understand the caution with which these prescriptions are given out. This was the first ever time in my life I had been prescribed an opiod and she acknowledged that when looking at my history. However, I had major surgery on my nose and throat and brought all the necessary paperwork from not only my actual prescription, but from my surgeon as well. I was in severe pain and had never done anything like this before. Keep in mind, I am not upset because my prescription was not refilled. I understand the reasoning behind the cautious approach. I am referring to her refusal to sufficiently explain what needed to be done from my end, her flippant attitude towards me and most of all the overall feeling that she was seemingly treating me as some sort of drug addict despite all the necessary information I had provided and my completely spotless drug history. She was rude, condescending and even gave me a very sarcastic "sorry!" With a fake smile when she told me she couldn't help me.
I spent the weekend in pain and finally got my prescription from the Anoka location this morning.
I understand we as a country are facing a staffing crisis. However, if that is the best you can do as a medical care provider we need to start exploring other avenues. I shouldn't leave your pharmacy feeling humiliated and frustrated when I did absolutely nothing wrong. She should be doing something that does not involve customer service in any way. This coming from someone whos been in customer service for over 20 years. I will never be returning to your Riverdale location.

I had a very frustrating experience at Walgreens River Rapids. I was put on hold for an astonishing 40 minutes and ultimately decided to give up. This level of service is unacceptable, and it's clear that I need to find a different pharmacy that values its customers' time. This has become their new nomal. I hope they can improve their phone support in the future.

Gross bathroom. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in days. 3 trash cans overflowing onto the floor, tp all over the floor in strings, feces all over both toilet bowls. smell was awful. No idea how pharmacy and store staff could use these and not have a problem with it.

I just went to get my prescriptions which were supposed to be 3 and the person at the window was told it was 3- this specific woman is ALWAYS cranky and make you feel like YOURE THE INCONVENIENCE. Well I go home only to find 2 prescriptions. And I was in for the night was NOT going back out. I called and the lady on the phones said “well I’d what you want me to do. It wasn’t me” like???? They have messed up so many things. But take accountability. I’m now without a medication.

They are so nice every time I visit, they always remember my past prescriptions and process refills fast, I always request my refills several days early to give them plenty of time because I know how busy there are but if I forget they still get them filled fast and they always take the time to answer questions and go over any concerns. There was a younger female tech today working the drive through and the register that was so upbeat and welcoming she even remembered the names of the dogs in the cars at the window and gave them treats! Thank you for everything ladies! Keep up the good work ? ? ? ?

I wanted to write a review for those Walgreens because it's the best I have ever been too. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I use them quite a bit to get photos printed. Last night the printer for posters wasn't working and they actually called to let us know. We have had our flu shots and COVID shots here and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. We did make an appointment for our COVID shots but just walked in for the flu shots. We had to change our address and they were very helpful. Every time I walk out of this location I am satisfied with service.

I'm getting so tired of walgreens in general, the lack professional consistency is ridiculous here. They can't even be consisten with putting correct hours up let alone an open pharmacy on the weekends ?...I'm done with walgreens entirely

Just showed up 6 minutes before posted closing hours. Doors already locked, lights still on and ignoring their customers. As someone who manages a retail store that's unacceptable.

Walgreens has sure went downhill! I sat on hold for 35 minutes, finally hung up. The wait times are horrible for calls and pick ups! And the knowledge of most of their techs is zero; I think it's time to transfer elsewhere!

I needed help in the photo department and the guy working with me was incredible! He helped in every way possible to make 2 canvases and they turned out perfect! I didn't catch his name, but thank you sooo much!

Pharmacist thinks he’s above doctors. The pharmacist will not fill prescriptions that he believes aren’t necessary. He’s not a doctor but apparently he plays one while at the pharmacy counter.
