Hunter Herzog was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was also honest and straight to the point. I love the 'no haggle' system, although my husband may disagree. :) Its working well for you there!

Simple oil change and added a key fob as I only had one. Everything was explained to me beforehand so I knew what to expect for the bill. I was surprised the video of the tech explaining what he checked and what could be concerns. That was awesome. Also, I use a knee scooter to get around and they brought the vehicle into the service drop off area so I could get in easier. Totally unexpected.

Sean Burket was the absolute best! We have had many vehicles and this was by far the easiest and best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure, just facts and advice. We made a decision and we were out of there with a new vehicle in just a few hours. I would recommend to anyone and this is now the only place we will be going for any of our future purchases!

Bought a car there Saturday. I’ve probably bought over 20 vehicles in my life and this was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I compared prices on similar vehicles using the internet and they had the best prices, then when I arrived Saturday the whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Was informed due to an issue an agreement was made they would cover 1/3 of something and two months later still no check… We’ve called several times and also been told we will receive one and nothing. Would recommend going to Wayzata Walser Nissan for staff who care about customer satisfaction.

Shawn Williams was very knowledgeable and helped us get what we wanted out of a new lease. He and Mollie Diaz made the exchange for our prior vehicle easy, providing a range of options in a stress-free environment.

I just got a 2014 CRV here. If you plan to buy a car here, I recommend you ask to work with Dayton Kinde, he was wonderful, he answered all the questions and concerns my husband had, he stayed in communication with us throughout the process, he was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had an initial issue with the check engine light, Walser gladly took it back same day, gave us a courtesy car to use, fixed the car and we got it back. The Service Manager, Stefan Faust stayed in communication with us until it was fixed. Thank you so much to everyone who had a hand in helping us getting this car. Special shout out to Dayton Kinde.

I bought a car here after looking on line at various websites. Hunter Herzog was the sales person who responded. He was very responsive to all my questions and most importantly, very honest about the condition of used Cadillac I was interested in. He gave me a walk-around video which got me hooked. I traveled 300 miles to pick up the car after agreeing to purchase. Hunter then made another video showing one minor scratch and a missing button on the rear seat climate control controls. He wanted me to have full disclosure before I bought the car and I appreciate that. All the paperwork was ready when I arrived at 6:30 pm so the closing process went smoothly. No last minute high pressure finance manager trying to sell extra products. If you’re shopping, ask for Hunter.

I recently had an experience at my local Nissan dealership while getting my 2017 Leaf serviced for new tires and basic maintenance. Unfortunately, the overall encounter left much to be desired. The individual who assisted me during check-in appeared uninformed about the service process. Initially, they questioned whether I had discussed specific tire preferences, despite my online appointment lacking an option for tire selection. This led to uncertainty about the availability of the right-sized tires, with a suggestion that I might have to return if they were not in stock. When I mentioned a previous call about hubcaps, the lack of tire type discussion during that conversation further muddled the situation.Seeking clarification at the service counter, I discovered that customers are expected to proactively call and verify tire availability—a process not communicated during the online scheduling. This expectation felt unreasonable and raised concerns about the clarity of their service procedures.Adding to the frustration, the staff mentioned basic maintenance tasks like an oil change, oblivious to the fact that my vehicle is electric. Their admission that electric-specific services depended on the availability of specialized technicians highlighted a significant flaw in their scheduling system. The justification that training for such tasks is extensive did not excuse the oversight in allowing an appointment for an electric vehicle without ensuring the right personnel were on hand.Although I eventually confirmed the tire availability and compatibility for an EV at the parts department, the lack of coordination and knowledge among staff members was disconcerting. The person who initially checked me in mistakenly claimed that the vehicle's purpose was to replace rear door seals, creating confusion about the actual service requested.A particularly alarming incident occurred when, upon completion, the check-in person handed me another customer's keys, emphasizing a serious lapse in their attention to detail and a potential security risk. The absence of an apology or acknowledgment of the service lapses during the entire process further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expected a level of expertise and professionalism from the dealership, especially when dealing with a brand-specific service. Unfortunately, the demonstrated incompetence and lack of accountability have eroded my confidence in this dealership, and I will be seeking service elsewhere in the future.

11/06/2023 Took my car in for recall issue and also another issue that was under warranty. The service advisor was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to about my vehicle. No one was pushy and communication was very clear. My expectations were exceeded.

Lori my service writer was great at keeping me updated on the progress on my Xterra, and Mike the tech that did most of the work did a nice job explaining the issues found, the repairs completed, and recommendations for other future things to keep an eye on or complete in the near future. I am really impressed with the service department. Great job!

Sean Burkett did an excellent job working with us to find want we were looking for. We had several options that fit our budget. We couldn’t be happier with the process start to finish!

I was so pleased with Dayton. He told me all about the car I was interested in. I asked questions and he could answer all of them about the car. When I went to pick my car up Dayton took me out to my car and went through everything, explaining everything about my car. I was very comfortable leaving knowing I could drive it safely. Thank You!

I highly recommend Edris. He was amazing and walked me though not only the paperwork by my vehicle also. He ensured that I felt comfortable with my vehicle before driving off the lot. He stayed in communication while waiting for my vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. Edris really made the experience painless and stress free.

Over 2 weeks to get an appointment, I was told $90 to check it out and about 2 hours. I get their and explain what its doing and am told sounds like 2 different issues so im being charged $180. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard a diagnostic is just that not about how many issues. I had ONE issue my car was running rough. I didn't say nothing about my tires but you checked them... So because you think there is more than one issue I get charged double. Then the video I get sent about my car says break fluid and transmission fluid look good, but the paper work I get says they need to be changed immediately. So you over charge and give conflicting information and I should trust you? What I will do is tell everyone how the car you sold me has been nothing but a headache from the first week, how you over charge and give conflicting information, how you send texts and emails about trading in the car and then never respond once you receive all the pictures, VIN, mileage etc...I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from you and that you are ripping people off. Please use this on your website !!
