The staff is genuinely kind, caring & compassionate. Curt & Courtney were instrumental is guiding me through my grandmother's funeral services. I was very well informed of the process every step of the way. I've never had to plan a funeral before but I felt very cared about throughout the entire process. Hats off to Curt & Courtney!!

Called to inform them of a passing and very rude when asking for information. When asked for a possible ETA became rude and said “we are very busy tonight so it will be awhile” I asked for a call when they have an ETA, then they hung up on me.
