The website says that they're open till 5. I've stopped twice and they're closed by 4:40 on the weekdays. What the heck?! Are ya'll leaving early or is your clock broken?UPDATE: Apparently they're closed due to remodeling or something. There's a sheet of paper posted on the drive-thru window stating this fact. I would suggest more signage posted in the front of the building or near the road.

So I have had change before and brought it to Wells Fargo in the past. 5 years. Today I was told they no longer take coin. That if I have kids and put it in paper rolls and count it that they could take it. I don't have kids. And my other bank Spire was able to do it without a problem. Was kind of surprised. I only go into a bank when I need help and I end up having to do it myself.

Teller said he could not notarize because he had other customer but they had just walked in as soon as I walked up to him told me to go to a whole different location

Dirty space, 24hrs area was locked couldn't deposit my money. I'm planning on leaving this bank because of its inconvenience.

This branch is an absolute waste of time. It took 30 minutes to do a single deposit. This is thirty minutes after handing over the money and ID. I seriously recommend spire credit union across the street instead of this joke. Not to mention the shady way Wells Fargo runs their business.

Friendly staff but the Lobby line didn't move a bit for over 15 minutes, despite 4 staff working. Drive through has been closed. What should have been a 2 minute deposit took over 30 minutes. Sounded like some of Staff are just filling in and don't actually work here. She had to get someone else to help me when I did get to the counter. Guy filling in for the manager said he would escalate a problem I had on the mobile app (suddenly my online check deposits wouldn't go through, despite trying several times and days).

I went into this branch this morning to deposit money and I was greeted by Maria. She was very friendly and quite frankly made a dull experience seem fun with a great smile and polite conversation. It actually made my day better which is why I chose to write this. Also while I was there a young man named Max came out to greet another customer and her daughter and he was very friendly as well. If every bank I went into had people like this working it would make going to the bank not seem like a chore.

Poor experience, first time here thru drive dru and teller was rude. I don't make reviews unless necessarily but this requires attention. Main issue is attitude and poor customer service. I informed I was going to deposit a check, 1st girl (and I swear 3 different girls spoke to me) asked for i.d, check and debit. I asked to verify and 2nd girl said check only. Then last girl said check and debit. Clearly no one knows how to do their job. Fix your service and attitude!!!! That is no way to talk to any if your customers. Tone is a problem with these girls in drive thru. No thank you, no have a nice day. Maybe an employee refresher or retraining is needed. No regards to their customer satisfaction.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, made an appointment showed them on my phone I did waited over a week for, then was told I couldn’t be helped because I didn’t have a “confirmation email”. Only 1 banker in store managers to blame no wonder this branch has 3 stars
