I went to ask some questions about my account and my phone specifically. It's TRUE. This place is a TRAIN WRECK! Waiting time at least and HOUR. They stole me away from T-Mobile with a $14.00 discount on the phone that goes away in February. I went to T-Mobile. FIFTEEN MINUTE wait. Don't even bother unless you bring a sleeping bag and a pillow.

Went in, semi rudely greeted but oh well. The gentlemen asked for the number associated with account..couldn't find it..then asked for the other numbers on the account couldn't find them either..then had me write down my address and then instead of entering it in the computer put it in his private phone in maps..wierd..we spend 500 a month with xfinity with phone and internet and will be going elsewhere would recommend you do too.

I'm telling you all right now do not ever go to this company Xfinity. They are crooks and I dont even have an account with them for 5 months they continue to charge me and have to give a credit every single month. It is truly a nightmare. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. And, will go up the masses due to this continued problem.

Amazing experience at the store today.
Went in to check for a new phone for my dad. Had a chance to chat with the store manager about the wifi at home, and was offered a solution on the spot. Definitely was above and beyond expected. It was definitely an act of kindness during the holiday season.
Highly recommend this store :)

Some how one of the sales rep in the store ran our credit for a family on a different account and gave them a free phone with a number. When my wife finally was ready to upgrade, they said we had no credit that we were eligible but now we are not and have to re run out credit, but didn't want to admit what happened. Always call customer service to investigate and record your calls. Filed a BBB report knowing the issue couldn't be fixed.

I don’t typically leave reviews but man I gotta leave a review after today. I came in to upgrade my phone from the older iPhone 13 to the 17. I came in and was greeted by the nice employee, before taking my seat by the tv. During the wait I noticed employees not wearing uniforms and employees with their personal phones and AirPods in WHILE helping customers. When I got helped the representative was nice but mumbled a lot which made it hard to understand what he was saying. Not a huge deal, but the part that irritated me the most was him on his phone THE WHOLE INTERACTION. From start to end, he was texting people, literally not paying attention. I would ask a question and he wouldn’t even look up from his phone just nods his head. Didn’t even get the phone in the end, had to get it delivered.

April 🥰 and Jamari were exceptional. Their customer service was delivered with expertise. I recommend them a 10 out of 10 they simplified my experience of transferring from the bad service that I came from With my previous service provider

We have had Xfinity since 2019. During that time, we have had one or two outages that were resolved quickly. Overall, we have had a good experience, and I have no complaints.

They have messed my account up they have charged me for at least five cell phones on different accounts as I got scammed. Some of that was my fault. But regardless it's been a mess. And somebody was supposed to be back to me by the 21st. Guess what, it didn't happen yet.

This location is really bad I been going to this location for a few months everytime I have gone to this location the staff is rude and always give you the wrong information a couple months ago I got screwed over and charged 2 times for the same bill I went in to tell them about this mistake and they said there was nothing they can do about it they even called the HQ and still same result I will never come back to this location again

Worste company i have ever dealt with. Signed up for fiber. Picked up the modem and went to install/activate it. Found out my cable was bad. I was unable to connect to the network on the current cable i had run to my house. Scheduled a tech visit. He confirmed my cable was bad and I needed a new one. I got texts from xfinity assistant saying I was getting the cable run and I was waiting for locates ect.. 2 weeks go by and no cable and no communication. I schedule another tech visit because I couldn't get a hold of anyone or any answers. He confirms the cable is bad. We decide on a route and a plan on how to install it. He verified it would be within 2 weeks I would have the cable run. 2 weeks go by and no communication no cable nothing. So I cancel my service because at that point it had been over a month and I still didnt have the services I paid for. I didnt activate it or use it. Now I cant get a refund from them. Even though I never had a cable run or use their service. Still no explanation as to why they couldn't get me a cable or anything. I've spent approximately 4 hours between online chats and phone calls with there team and never even got any answers or got them to complete the cable install or give me a refund for the services I never activated or used. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

0 stars should be applicable in situations when service is not even provided/available.
Came to the store at 1:30pm to discuss an issue with a phone I had purchased through Xfinity. Seen they had a line of 6-8 people. They have 2 employees helping a set of customers. No acknowledgment when I entered, no hello, smile, wave, Absolutely nothing. Go to the website and see I can schedule an appointment. Next available was 2:45, 75 minutes from the time it was. Ok, I’ll take this appointment and go shop quick. Came back at 2:40 pm all new customers standing in the store, employees have only moved to 1 new customer. This is ridiculous, anyone who is looking for service and waits after their scheduled appointment should receive a discount for every 5 minutes past their scheduled appointment. This place/business has zero respect for others time. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Information over and over he then realized he grabbed the wrong phones. I highly doubt I will be getting service today
