Recently got a gym membership here. I like that it is conveniently located and they provide an array of workout devices. The biweekly fees seem steep and I thankfully get a deal through my insurance Sadly, there are a lot of big ticket items that are currently broken including the cryotherapy and the body scanner. I also wish the layout was better and that there was more space between the weight machines. The women's locker room is kept pretty clean and staff is normally friendly.

I really like this gym, however, they play the worst music ever, bring your own music on ear buds, I kid you not, two days I went this week they were playing 70’s love songs and the next day, when the free weight area was full of men Celine Dion’s “Titanic” theme song was playing, absolutely brutal, you should have heard the comments

Nice place to get a workout in. Friendly staff, all the equipment that is needed to get whatever you want done. Only thing keeping from more stars are the members that have these tripods set up filming themselves. I’m there to get a workout in, not be in someone’s TikTok video. Please, make it policy to ban these dumb things.

Update...after dealing with them, came back with nothing. Of course the kid signed the agreement right. They said paying every 2 weeks for gym membership is normal. I disagree.Over billed...They have been charging double of what my high school daughter signed up for. I thought they would be very clear on their payment terms. Charged twice a month, and they have refused to refund. Not acceptable.Review your membership a few times. Their presentation does not clearly state, the payment is every two weeks.

I am going to this place since it's open. And very unhappy now because ot is run down. Cryotherapy is broken. Red light room out over 6 months. No replacement for Jenny's classes for summer time. Even it is an instructor willing to take her classes. The manager Joel does not taking care of this location and not responding. Very di dissatisfied and thinking to drop orange card and go to different gym

Great service for the value. If you look for a place to exercise, this is the place. If you look for a place to find a date or modeling then go other place. This is a gym not Tinder.

No contract Gym with some of almost everything. Main floor has weight training equipment and lots of cardio options. They have Yoga, spin, HIIT classes. Coaches are available. There is a 3D scanner, cryotherapy, tanning, red light, compression, lap pool, sauna.

I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone trying to work out. From the lack of barbells to the abundance of high schoolers, the gym is basically unusable. Plus the employees don't do anything besides talk to their friends.

I attended this gym for a year or two. High praises to the gym. It has pretty much everything you need as a beginner-intermediate lifter. On squat rack a leg press dumbbells and adjustable benches. If you are here to just exercise and have a nice neighborhood spot to get a workout in this is perfect. For those wishing to do some more hardcore weightlifting you may find a better option.

Great establishment, very kind workers. The gentleman tatum who helped me over the phone was so kind and very polite! The weights are very cool! Love the environment!!

I moved here from out-of-state and joined in April 2022 and was happy with the place.Imagine my surprise when I got my credit card bill 8 months later and saw the price increased 36%! I called and left a message with their corporate office - but never received a return call. So then I called the facility directly 6x in a 3 hour period. Each time, the phone rang and rang and rang and then finally disconnected me. My 8th call was to their financial office support (appeared to be out of the country) and this time a real person answered. She looked up my account and she had no idea why my rate had been increased - so she put me on hold and called the facility herself. She came back to me and told me that they were not answering her call either and recommended going directly to the facility to talk to them.Two days later, I did that. I spoke to Jack (the manager) and he said everyone was sent an email months earlier alerting them of the price increase. When I told him I never received an email, he admitted many others had told him the same thing. He said they were short-staffed and that likely was why the phone wasn't answered. So... basic services are reduced but the price is increased. Entirely disgusted with this facility (I've never experienced this at any other gym), I told him to cancel my membership. I'm just going to purchase my own equipment and work out at home. Shame on you Xperience Fitness!

Lockers do not work at this location (flaw in design). Leave nothing of value in your lockers EVER. I've had my locker broken into (while actually locked - 2 times). I know 2 others as well that have had things taken from here. I filed a police report and CRPD says they get a lot of calls/ reports for the CR gym.This location has become a high schooler hangout. They've reduced hours (no longer 24 hours) reduced the number of locations (2 of which I used refularly, reduced number of class offerings, no longer have access to some amenities that were at locations they closed. I tried to call corporate 3 times - never got anyone on the phone - left 3 messages about my concerns and never got a a single call back. The kicker? They are raising their prices now too.Went from my favorite affordable friendly and convenient community-like gym to a liability where I have to worry about getting my things stolen.
