“First time at Imola yesterday. Just got a wheel alignment. Staff was friendly and I only waited for an hour which was expected. My only complaint is that I had zero cell phone service in the building. Some WiFi would’ve been great.”

I'll happily use them again in the future if their services are ever needed. I stopped in to have a couple small scratches buffed out if possible. One was pretty deep, so while trying to buff it out, they took a little extra paint off, which happens. They owned up to it, and offered to respray that area of the door at cost. It turned out great, and they even detailed the outside and inside of my vehicle, which was a nice surprise. Very happy with the service, and the outcome of the situation. Was picking up an ZHP M-Tech II rear bumper which was on a clearance sale for an amazing price that I could not beat, Brian admitted that it probably shouldn’t have been on the clearance but he honored it as he put it on the ad which I found very honorable and respectable, even helped load it up into my E46! Not too many genuine businesses like this with people who love what they do and aren’t just money hungry.
