One was pretty deep, so while trying to buff it out, they took a little extra paint off, which happens. They owned up to it, and offered to respray that area of the door at cost. The facility was big and clean, even the bathroom. All the staff I encountered were appropriately friendly and helpful, and the receptionist even returned some deserved attitude. Was picking up an ZHP M-Tech II rear bumper which was on a clearance sale for an amazing price that I could not beat, Brian admitted that it probably shouldn’t have been on the clearance but he honored it as he put it on the ad which I found very honorable and respectable, even helped load it up into my E46! Not too many genuine businesses like this with people who love what they do and aren’t just money hungry.
