I’ve been using Extra space Storage Facility at 7340 Fir Ln N, Corcoran, MN 55340, to store my office equipment and other items, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to our office, and the facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained.
The staff provide exceptional service—always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any questions or needs. Their attention to detail and customer focus make the whole experience seamless and stress-free.

Had a wonderful experience with this location. Very clean, really easy to get in and out of facility, great space, and very responsive. Jeff is a wonderful guy to work with. Would absolutely recommend this location to others and would definitely store things here again. We used two different temperature co trolled units and e retuning was as is with no issues after several months of storage. No pests noted anywhere in facility as well.

This was a delightful experience from start to finish. Very close to my home. Set up, access to the unit, and closing account were all super easy (Set up and closing were done completely digitally - which was a welcome convenience). Manager, Jeff, was immediately responsive to any needs and very helpful. The unit was spotless. The whole grounds were well maintained and secure. Pricing was also competitive! It’s really nice to be able to say so many great things about a company and management. Thank you for a seamless experience! Well done.

I highly recommend using this storage facility. It is located in a super convenient area. Upon arrival i was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the doors that opened by sensor making it easy to move your items to and from unit.The one thing I noticed above all other things is it was very secure from theft.

I rented a unit starting 9/1/24 for $73 per month. Two months later in November, I received a notice stating that my “promotional rate” has ended and my new rent will be $146 per month. What!! The initial rate was not advertised as a promotion. I think doubling someone’s rate after 2 months is a deceptive business practice. They provide a low rate to get you in the door, without upfront notice that this rate can end at any time and change to any amount. At least some of the other storage companies are upfront about the fact that the initial rate will raise after a specified amount of time. Luckily our family has other options and the means to be flexible, but families in different and more stressful situations could really get stuck in business with an unethical company. I will not use Extra Space again due to this experience and we will be ending our contract with them.

I have been very pleased with extra space storage and I am glad I accidentally came across this location. I was impressed with how nice and clean the storage units and the building are. Management and the customer service has been great. I highly recommend.

We had 10 x 15' unit, brand new, drive in entry, heated storage units. Absolutely spotless, well staffed and well lit, excellent security.
