Great team and great service. They explained everything clearly, were honest about what my car needed, and provided a thorough inspection that really helped. While they were working on my car the technician accidentally broke a radiator tab and they immediately let me know and replaced it at no cost. If you’re over 21 they’ll even set you up with a loaner car while they work on yours. Highly recommend!

The service I was provided was as expected they did an inspection of a car I wanted to purchase. The customer service was very lacking. No greeting when I came in, no smiles at all. When they finished the inspection then just expected me to pay and be on my way. I had to ask for someone to walk me through the inspection so I could get a good idea of if the car was worth purchasing. They do good work, but I got a bad experience.

If you live anywhere near Pro-Tech I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their prices are fair, service outstanding and never an upsell. They tell you what's wrong, suggest service you should consider but never push you to do more than is needed. They give you the pros and cons and let you decide.
Wish I had found this place 20 years ago.

I was very impressed with my experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. I do not have a lot of knowledge about cars, and worry about upselling and being taken advantage of. I never felt that way with pro-tech. The price was reasonable for all that they did, and they made me feel very comfortable that they were doing only what was necessary. I would definitely recommend them!

I had ProTech auto repair flyer by mail a few days ago and because of the convenient location I decided to try regular servicing with this company and they really did a fantastic job. With complimentary loaner vehicle, free inspection report, they completed service on time. They also charge reasonable prices, I must admit that I saved almost 70% of the money that I spend with the Audi dealer.

Tom and his crew at Pro-Tech are amazing! I’ve had problems with other mechanics since moving here from Little Rock, AR 8 years ago. I could not be more pleased I found this company. They’ve quickly earned my trust with their thorough inspections that allow me to know maintenance that will be needed soon. I brought an older vehicle to them for a repair, but before they performed and charged me for the work, they let me know other major repairs that would be needed soon so I could make a decision if I wanted to invest significant money in an older vehicle. I had no idea this work was needed! But it allowed me to look at other options and decide what was best for me. They care about their customers, and they let me know how much they appreciate my business every time I go there. Plus, the loaner car makes getting repairs so easy. I drop off my vehicle and quickly get back to my regular schedule in one of their rides.
Pro-Tech is the best!!!

This was the easiest and most professional service I have received from any repair center. I was informed the whole time they had my car. They were able to come in under the first estimate! They are the best !
