“I bought a used car here on 6/24/23. I told them I wanted to pay cash up front-no payments. We worked with Dameon and Jim. Jim had me test drive a Honda Accord that was in my price range. I was looking for an SUV, but also keeping options open. If that white accord is still there, BUY IT SOMEONE! LOL...the car was so quiet and had zero issues! I liked it A LOT but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. They had a 2012 Buick Enclave in the parking lot (my hubby bought a 2016 like 6 weeks ago, elsewhere). I parked the Honda and walked up to the Buick and started peeking in the windows. We walked toward the shop door and Dameon was standing there with keys. All he said was "drive it". So we took the Enclave for a spin and I fell in love. Only problem was payments. They worked so hard for us and I told them I needed under 250/mo payments or I had to move on. Well, I dont remember the gal's name, but they got me a car payment for $174/mo!! I left with the Buick! When I went to get gas, the check engine came on so I went back to the shop. Jim said it was an O2 sensor. He had me bring it back the following morning and they took great care of me, even though I bought the car AS IS! I was so pleased how well the staff all took care of us and got me exactly what I wanted! 5***** recommend! They are honest, and actually listen to their customers!”

“Ran over a piece of metal. (1 inch in length and 1/4 inch in width) I first took my car to Rochester Auto and was told it was unfixable most likely. Was then told by Roch Auto that Discount Tire does advanced Tire repairs and could maybe help but would be difficult. Discount Tire glanced at my tire and said there’s no way they could fix it. Due to having 4- wheel drive and tire wear at 40-50% I was looking at having to buy 4 brand new tires. I called Heartland checking if they had any used tires close to my tread. I took my tire inside and the manager took my tire to the technician and the technician agreed it was an easy fix and he could patch the tire up with no issues!! Highly recommended these honest individuals!! After a week, the tire continues to be in good shape.”

“I decided to retire my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder and came to Walser in search of a new car. I worked with Swarup and he was very informative. I got to test drive the Nissan Rogue and he was very informative of the features! I came back two days later after much deliberation and decided to purchase it! We came at 6:30pm on a Monday and since it end of day it took a while with the financing. Overall process was great and easy! I'm very happy with my purchase and love my new car. They do try to sell you various packages which made it overwhelming but they help you through it. I was very happy with my visit!”
“Extremely pleased with Mach 5. I've been in sales 15 years and this is one of the better customer service experiences I've had. Lee was very courteous and responsive throughout my 48 hours of buying a Highlander. He responded to my inquiries every time in a timely manner. I even took it to a local shop that did their own test drive and inspection which the dealer allowed. These guys have nothing to hide if they are willing to do that I feel.I see some other people had some bad experiences. Maybe they are learning from the reviews.I'd also say if you are going to buy as is you should do your research. I ran the VIN on several independent sites to verify the car's history and status, and brought it into Jack's, a local shop for a lookover before buying the car. Don't buy an as is car without doing research and then complain.I feel my experience goes to show a magic rule - treat others how you want to be treated. I was polite and professional throughout and received the same in response. We are very happy with the deal, car, and customer service from Lee. Highly recommend for anyone willing to take the time and research to buy an as is car.”
