The Staff was very helpful and polite. There was a small issue that was rectified as soon as I spotted it. Burggraf Ace is a asset to our community. I wish more consumers would utilize local shops like Burggraf's rather that big box stores.
Keep up the great work. Excellent Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff.

Had a great experience today! I had an online order and wasn’t 100% sure I was ordering the correct items. When I got to the store to pick up my order, both the woman and man working asked me a couple questions about my order because it was inconsistent. Turns out I was not getting the correct materials! They took their time to help me get exactly what I needed…saving me another trip! Appreciate the help with the return, new purchase, and even getting the materials out to my car! Recommend this location 100%!

Been coming here for about 5 years, have bought a snowblower, lawn mower, various ego products, lots of other items, but I find myself coming here less and less as the customer service, specifically from the old man with the white beard is so consistently poor. As other reviewers have said, he's rude, dismissive, and unhelpful on a consistent basis. This isnt the case of having one bad day. With Menards not that much further away, I'll just go there where you aren't treated consistently poor. I always figured he has to be related to someone in charge to keep his job, as if you're upsetting various customers and losing business, yet he sticks around regardless. I like supporting small businesses, but when this is who they employ, I guess they'd rather lose customers.

What happen with customer service called to get some information about getting a key made and when your a representative of a local store you should answer the phone with respect and be proud were you work atleast fake it like you care but will not giving them my business sad because it's local and will definitely be sharing my experience with other locals. Just because you didn't want to be there didn't appreciate just getting hung up on after saying thank you for your help even though it was all attitude it was a older gentleman and I see all other comments about him and he still there sad..... Just a joke

Convenient location had what I needed for an odd job that was timely finish required a quick run for parts. Got everything I needed with the help of 2 associates dividing and conquered in short order.

I have spent thousands here.
I have all the ego equipment, tools etc.
But you know what I’m tired of
Spending money and being the inconvenience.
If my ten year old taking to long to pick a drink out of your cooler when there is no one in line upsets you that much prior to our fishing.
Then get a better nights rest
I don’t need to spend money here to be treated like trash.
