Big shoutout to Raymond at AT&T for turning a stressful situation into a seamless experience. My husband lost his phone right before our cruise, and Raymond's calm and patient assistance in getting a new phone was phenomenal. His professionalism and efficiency are why we will continue to be loyal AT&T customers. Highly recommend their service for anyone who values reliability and outstanding customer support!

Doesn’t open on time. Hours say 10am however store wasn’t open, very inconsistent and inconvenient.

My experience was the best phone service experience I ever had! The entire staff was helpful and engaging. They answered all my questions and assisted with getting my iPhone and Apple Watch setup. This is my new home AT&T store. The 2 ladies that helped me had the best customer service, they both made my experience very smooth and easy.

Hastings store Manger, rooted my phone was working I asked had questions on it , After 2+ hours . Told me I had to buy new phone after he locked phone not usable on Christmas eve. I'm 74 watch store video. He physical attacked me thru me out there door on to cement sidewalk plus I'm handicap. Went to E.R. VA mpls. Suing !!!! Also pinned me against store wall, told me I don't know who he is and he will F..k me all up before then throwing me on the sidewalk landing on my healing broken wrist and side hip that is bad.called Hastings cops but there a joke ... last words were merry Christmas we need more investigation. Cottage Grove at&t had it fixed in 10 minutes. Hastings manager couldn't fix, Sim card the guy screwed it up and didn't try a new card. Works now but Court is next step for me...if Manger is still there be careful.
