Urgent care Provider sent order 645pm to the cub and they were closing at 7pm. We told the provider to send it to another pharmacy since cubs will be closed and he did that. The cub decided to process our medication, ran our insurance to block us getting it from elsewhere and closed their pharmacy. Now our child is sick, the other pharmacy can't apply it to our insurance so we have to pay cash. Imagine this scenario, where the variables (price and the need) are very high what would the outcome be like? At least have a cut off time of 1 hour before you close to stop processing incoming orders unless the customer is present at the store?? It will free everyone from such hassle and headaches.

Ben using them for a bit now, can honestly say no issues. Used cvs before, seems like they’re never ready or they never have the meds. I switched and am happy.

Their website states they do on-site strep testing, but they are just fine with turning people away who are in a great deal of pain without a test or a treatment. If they can't perform what they are advertising, they should take down their advertising.

This place loves to have you come to the store when you have multiple prescriptions for each one individually .. super nice getting to get to go here multiple times rather than just once to get all the meds in one trip .. nice work ?

Constantly out of medications and they don't let you know they just wait until you show up 2 days later to pick up and then they tell you. Also they don't call to tell you when they have a billing issue with a medication. I am frustrated making a trip to a store unnecessarily, just make a simple phone call to tell your customers whats up.

Very helpful, they go above and beyond to help you, work with your insurance and follow ups if needed. Only thing I would complain about is their lack of brand name medications

The best prices for food, fresh and good brands, I love the fruit in this place and vegetables you can find organic brands; staff is polite, the store is always looking organized and clean. They have a convenience parking lot.

The drive up window is great. Although I live in Woodbury, I always have my prescriptions filled here.
