It is 6:23pm. Hours say open to 7pm. I have a question about my prescription. I have called 4 times. Get to queue to speak to someone. All 4 calls have hung up on me.

CVS pushes using the automated refill and then you use it and the prescription is not ready because it says needs doctor approval. They need to get this fixed!

Sometimes I forget the hrs which aren’t most convenient, but they usually respond to calls within a half hr during business hrs. Easy prescription pickups.

Female manager on duty has limited knowledge or inaccurate policy. She had no fear of customer calling corporate even pull out the corporate policy to show that she's wrong. Glad that Target has someone who only follow their device rules- which has no idea where that come from. Team members had no idea what's policy about - need more training. And also word of advise- think before you talked. if you run as fast as your mouth, you might know better on your own policy.
