One lady in there is EXTREMELY rude! She's rude in person and over the phone and it's unfortunate because she's always there. I'm going to guess her name is Shirley since that's who everyone else is complaining about. She's very short with everyone and talks about her staff behind their backs. She needs to go. I hate shopping there only because of her. Everyone else seems great.

Sitting in the parking lot as I write this. Shirley was extremely rude. My INFANT started crying while we were next in line. Babies cry. He was good the entire time we were there and we were about to check out. I walk up and say hello and Shirley glares at me and scoffs. I said hello again because I didn’t know if she didn’t hear me and I didn’t want to seem rude. She rang up my 3 items in silence. Turns to me in silence to which I asked for the total, then asked for the Wednesday healthcare worker discount. She scoffed at that request. She asks if I want to round up to donate and SCOFFED AGAIN when I declined. I said “have a wonderful day maam” which she again ignored. Then was cheery with the next person. I can only imagine Shirley does not have many wonderful days with this attitude, I truly hope her day gets better.

The staff are so rude and negative. They can constantly be heard talking about how they hate being there. Won’t even acknowledge people that are at the check out counter. Really ruins the shopping experience there.

This Goodwill is SCAMMING customers. They are trying to sell FAKE Louis Vuitton bags for $129.00 and selling FAKE Gucci bags for $50!!

When I can go across the street to any department store and get the same thing for less, sometimes a lot less, I won’t be shopping here anymore! That time is now!

Look up how much the CEO of Goodwill makes a year and lookup the videos of them denying items they get for free to people with nothing because that's against policy. It's a disgusting business that's no longer doing goodwill for people.

I bought a air purifier it worked for about a week and died.
I'm upset I can't find the receipt.
But I wouldn't get my money back anyway just a store credit.
No more goodwill.

This Goodwill seems well organized and run. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly, by-and-large. A good thrift shop.

I always go there on Tuesday because is near my job but there’s always 2 people that look at me that I m trying to steal from the store , is doesn’t feel good , but I still go there because I found good stuff.
