I was not brought to the attention of how much they would need for fees after taxes until it was over. They wanted $250 to file my taxes I told them that was way to much and that I paid 100 last year. They then started to ask. “How much will you pay today” I responded. $100 dollars . She then went away to talk to the manager and said they could do $150 and said that they match prices while that is still not matching any price. Super unprofessional and seems all like a scam. Don’t let these people take advantage of you.

Worst tax people I have ever had to deal with. They took weeks to do mine and my wife’s 2023 return. We gave them the 2020 2021 and 2022 tax items to file them for us the day we filed 2023. And they told us we didn’t need to do them all at once. And proceeded with filing them separately and telling us her fees would be taken out of the return. 2 weeks later after countless emails and phone calls and a few in person visits. They called us telling us she messed up and can not file my back tax years because she can’t file her fee with them. So we have to pay her $600 before she will file our returns.They had no legal knowledge or knowledge on child support for our state, just absolutely worthless at their jobs.Worst experience I have ever had, now I am worse off then before I handed my information over to them.I have asked for my forms back, and am not going to pay the fees after she admitted to her mistakes and false information. Will write reply when I hear back.

Called EVERYDAY! for a week and a half and was told we will call you back if we have any issues with your taxes. Not 1 call back… Here we are on the deadline and I call and hear “we are sorry we gave you the run around and we can’t help you” What is sorry going to do?? Be better.
