The store is under man but the people that are there do a great job. Most stores nowadays do not fully staff their stores because of money.

Nya, a sales representative, was friendly and informative. I asked several questions because I don’t typically shop at Kohls. She was genuinely polite. Pleasant shopping experience.

First, and last, time going to this Kohl's location. Placed an online order for pickup for an item over $100. Got home, opened the bag, and the item had clearly been used and returned. The box was open. It was missing pieces. Unacceptable that an employee saw this item and thought it was fine to package up versus just canceling the order. I drove over 30 miles to this location. Never again. Now I get to go to my local Kohls to return this garbage, further wasting my time.

Never will I ever spend another penny at kohl’s ever again. I had an incident where I accidentally threw my keys and headphones away at their front entrance as I walked in. I realized it and noticed they had already emptied the trash. I went back and everyone was very helpful until the manager came who was VERY not helpful. My keys were in the trash compactor and I had a location device on them that was playing a sound and telling me they were within 5 feet the manager refused to even attempt at using the tool he had to fish it out. When I knew this guy would be no help I asked if I could have the number of the dumpster company and the manager refused and said he didn’t have it. I asked when they come pick up the trash he said he didn’t know and they come randomly. He wanted me and this problem to just go away. the “manager” unhelpful unfriendly and unapologetic the only time he apologized is when he knew for sure that I had given up on it then he got really happy and friendly. It doesn’t stop there I tried to contact Kohl’s corporate to help me or make a formal complaint good luck with that because they make it impossible to do so. They give you an option on the phone but it just circles back to the options all over. They literally give you the run around. They give you an option to make a complaint as an employee for sexism,racism etc so I went at route it brought me to a third party that was a woman at her house doing dishes and after telling her my situation she said she couldn’t help me (shocking!!) it doesn’t stop there since Kohl’s was prohibiting me from getting my property I thought I would call the police department and they said that they also couldn’t help. I think this is just the way all corporations are heading. No help, no real customer service, absolutely no help to their customers. This one trip to kohl’s to just return an item and buy a rug ended up costing me about $600. Never ever will I EVER spend another penny at khols and I will tell anyone that wants to listen to do the same.
