Bought a membership because it usually gets my new truck nice and clean. Went last Sunday and it scratched the crap out of my truck. While in the wash something hit my window and caused my boyfriend and I to start looking all over to make sure a window didn't get chipped or broken. I called when I got home and noticed all the scratches and they filed an investigation and took pictures on Wednesday. I get a call today and I'm told "your scratches aren't consistent with the kind of damage our wash would do". My truck is under video watch when I'm at home. We left from home and went right to the wash then came right home. Got home and discovered DEEP scratches. Way to avoid taking ownership of the damage caused by YOUR wash!! Canceled my membership and getting a full refund. This is NOT how you treat your customers!

Local automatic car wash. Offers a monthly service that allows monthly, unlimited visits per car. Living in Minnesota it pays for itself! Easy to use. Driving in, wash, and drive out. Simple ! I like the value and the quality.

I went to this car wash with the expectation that my car would be cleaned. The car wash ripped off a piece of my brand new cars trim. The manager on duty took pictures and ensured me that they would cover a repair. The GM called me 2 days later saying that they do not cover trim damage and I quote "our car wash damages trim all the time it's very common, we don't pay for it". The actual repair is both cheap and simple, but while they agree they cause this damage to mine and many other vehicles they will not pay for the repair. Terrible practice.

Car wash is OK, however, the blowers for drying your vehicle off leaves a lot to be desired. All vehicles I have seen coming out in front of me are still dripping wet. All staff are friendly.

Great location and they talked today about their new product Titanium! They upgraded me today and it’s an incredible experience! Spoke with the GM after and she was so nice. Lovely place!

Ran thru the car wash after vacuuming the interior, and found that the rollers scratched the rear fenders and tailgate. Obvious damage, claimed no liability since the cameras showed nothing on a black truck. Really poor customer service. Hoping to get a better response from corporate.Service: Car waxing

Car wash is great I think. Been here half a dozen times no problems yet. Have the monthly pass just pull up and wash Ez pz. Car comes out looking ? Best vacuums in Cottage Grove no doubt, free & self-service

I was drawn in by the sign that said free vacuum. It's not until you park and get out that you see it's only free with a car wash. Can't stand businesses that waste my time with false advertising.

Normally go touch less elsewhere, but used the vacuum so I decided to get a wash. Worst mistake ever. scratches down the back half of my black truck, thru the paint on the tailgate. Manager claims it's not consistent with damage and the cameras just showed the gloss from the water in the wash. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SAD! Photos to come

I used to love this car wash. They would prewash the bugs off of the front bumper and the bird mess off of the windshield, then they’d spray the wheels to get rid of the brake dust. The machines worked well back then, and it was all followed up with a hand dry that would leave my vehicles clean and dry!Now it’s akin to what you’d get at a gas station, except the gas station is touch-free and won’t scratch your paint like Mister Car Wash does. They’ll still prewash if you request it at the gate, assuming someone is at the gate and there isn’t a line, but they don’t offer any of the other services anymore, just the drive-thru wash that leaves my vehicles wet and, in the case of my SUV, leaves the rear gate covered in dirty streaks where the rinse failed to properly rinse and the dryer failed to dry.The staff is great, there’s no debate there! They are a wonderful group and have been nothing short of professional and friendly, it’s corporate greed and cutting corners that ruined this place. It’s worth noting that with the road construction it has been considerably more difficult to get to the car wash without a long detour, and it often gets backed up. When this happens they have no choice but to pack cars in tight and this reduces the time you can safely remain in the drying area, but this is in addition to the above concerns.Service: Vacuuming

This used to be such a great place to get a car wash. But starting with the pandemic it's gone hill. They kept cutting and cutting what they offered. Their goal seems to be zero employees. Which would be fine IF a car could truly be cleaned by machines. But it can't.So here's the issues I see.First no more full service washes. It's just a "drive thru" car wash now. You leave with a wet car. Want your interior cleaned? Do it yourself. Windows cleaned on the inside? That's yours too.Second, they no longer scrub bugs off the front of the car and windshield during bug season. You can guess that the wash itself won't actually remove bugs.Third, in winter, you can no longer wash salt and dirt off your floor mats (they used to offer this with their full service wash). They seem to be on nothing more than a cost cutting binge. And finally, they've gotten to the point that the wash is no better than any service station's car wash. We'll be cancelling our monthly subscription and looking elsewhere. It's a shame. We used to really like the services they offered.

Absolute rip off!! $22.00 for a car wash that is less than adequate! The lowest dollar car wash ($8.00) is no different than the $20.00 one. Oh….but they have free vacuums! Yep! So does every gas station!! Tear the place down in Cottage Grove and put up something useful!! DO NOT go there! Save your money and time!

worst ever! I'd give this place a zero if I could. paid for wash outside and in. little did i know that you have to vacuum yourself and no cleaners to wipe inside down. I could have done all that at home. will NEVER go there again!
