Two things: 1) the bathrooms are now clean and no longer smell terrible.
2) the number of items limit on self-checkout is acceptance IF additional cashiers are added. This didn’t happen at my last experience but I’m hopeful it will get better.

As much as I love Target the Cottage Grove one seems to have the least cashier lines and desperately need more dressing rooms they have 4
while 2 were permanently locked no door tags of whether they are occupied or not .Cottage Grove is the only Target I know that requires cash only for Giftcards ..Woodbury locations don't have these same policy's

I bought a Visa gift card from Target, I later opened it and it did not have a bar code. I went to Target to switch the gift card card and they won't switch the card. I was told to call the card company. So I spent $55 at Target to buy the gift card and it doesn't have a barcode. Shame on you Target! Target should be responsible for the gift card!I had to call customer service and wait 30 minutes online before I got help.

Stood waiting for a TL for at least 20 minutes in seasonal. Finally walked to front of store to guest service. Waited (which I was 2nd person) told guest advocate that I had been waiting back in seasonal. She looked at me told me 'we are busy' well, Karen, we are ALL busy. Left my cart, went and spent my $153 at Aldis across the street. Even though they also were 'busy' are timed, they checked a cost on an item that didn't have one. Maybe your 'team' needs coaching in guest service etiquette. If I may so bold as to suggest. A different approach. How about one showing respect, kindness, understanding. What has happened with Target. You pay lip service to how a guest should be treated, but don't follow through. Shameful.

I appreciate the customer service at Target. One can always find someone to help if need be, which is something you definitely won't find at their competitors. A one stop shop.... prices have gotten pretty expensive of course. They have a 10% two shopping trips for veterans this time of year and I'm super thankful for that. Thank you for honoring veterans!

I love Target in Cottage Grove. Such wonderful employees and they always have what I am looking for! I have gotten to know a few of the employees over the years and they know me by name!! (I don’t know if that’s means I’m there too much!!) Target circle and the Red Card are a very much appreciated perk to shopping there also!!Thank you!Nicole HoversonCG Resident

So this is a bit biased but starbucks is also here and that alone wins points from me its really well kept and cs is always up to help. The atmosphere always feels warm and inviting.
