“I wanted to try a repair shop that wasn’t an Audi dealership. I was referred to Eurotech and was happy with the decision. The only negative in my specific case was it took 2.5 hours for an oil change & brake fluid flush. They knocked off about $50 because of it which was nice and unexpected. Audi would never do that and I’d pay a lot more to begin with! Very satisfied and I’ll be back.”

They had much better quotes compared to other shops and the customer experience was much better than any other shops . “Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again.
I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”
