  We joined this bank about 4 years ago. Friendly people all around, and offer competitive rates for home mortgages and HELOCS. I'd definitely recommend them. Stephen, David, Jared and Bre are all very helpful. (See Bre for loans.)

  Wow Jared the branch manager needs to be fired. He just hung up on me after saying I'm getting off right now. He allows clients to return checks to merchants for free when he knows their purchases are valid. US Bank needs to investigate his practices as they are illegal.
