I have been there to use the ATM’s several times over the years and still as of yesterday, I am forced to leave due to the extremely enormous fat back spiders all over the ATM’s in the drive thru. I can’t go to a gas station ATM bcuz they won’t take a cash deposit. Therefore I am forced to drive 15 minutes to the Eagan MN Branch, or the Woodbury Branch. Far from convenient! The spiders come down from the ceiling overpass covering the drive thru, however Eagan and Woodbury have the same set up and the ATM’s at both locations are extremely clean of spider webs and dirt. I’m seriously considering moving my money to another bank bcuz of this issue. I have called and complained several times and obviously my calls aren’t taken seriously. Do better USBANK!

Shout out for Carl who assisted me in safe deposit early on a Monday morning. Respectful, friendly, professional, and efficient - all rolled into one great US Bank associate.

Extremely unreliable and unprofessional
They don’t submit claims on time
The managers are always too busy to help our customers
They claim they don’t have even five minutes to talk to anyone. And that’s their words
Don’t know how that’s possible but they make it possible
I recommend you choose another bank, Switch accounts and run
There’s one good employee with red hair, she’s the only one who has ever attempted to help people

On a busy Friday, I needed to get documents notarized. I called to see if I could make an appointment, and the friendly person said to come in any time and they would notarize as long as I was an account holder. I arrived mid-afternoon and the line was decent, walked up to the counter and Jesse took the time to help me notarize all 19 pages. There was a lot going on at the time, and Jesse never let it get to him. He stayed focus on me and helped through everything. It was time sensitive, but he never asked or tried to give me to someone else. Very happy to have such a good branch so close!

The bank manager at my local Cottage Grove branch for years now referred me back to Nebraska where l opened my account twenty years ago to resolve my maintenance fee charge issue. The staff that l had talked the night before referred me to my local bank manager. I was treated like a total stranger.

Clearly not concerned about customer service or wait times.I waited over 25 minutes for representative to come and help me I listened while a woman chit chatted with the associate for over 25 minutes about unrelated to banking topic while the associate had the nerve to keep looking at me and then going back to her conversation as if my time did not matter.I have been slighted like this before due to my race or my attire. This is nothing new but I choose to do business with company's I chooseI choose NOT to do business with this branch anymore and will take up the time and energy to find a new banking company in the future since US Bank wants to waste my time.

The worst costermer service I ever had at a bank. I would put a 0 if I could, I went in to get a print out of past payment and he was just a jerk to me and my daughter. There only about there money.
