To the short gal behind the pharmacy counter today. Yes it was your fault this morning for my frustration. Yes I heard you as I walked away. Your communication was why I was frustrated. I understand there are federal guidelines for medication but know your job and show confidence in your knowledge. Do not tell someone “if” you can only get one which would you prefer. We don’t know we’re not pharmacy employees. Maybe say “we can “only” sell you one of these not both, am I help you figure out which one would be best for your symptoms. Seriously saying sorry over and over and saying it’s not you it’s the federal government does not help a situation. Everyone is sick and frustrated trying whatever they can to feel better. I don’t care that your sick unless your going to suggest your preferences on the medicine for the symptoms. Be professional and stop acting like a victim, know your job!

Worst walgreens ever. Pharmacy has the worst service. Filled prescription for the same person several times and today, they don't have the correct address. Wth!! It's the same prescription I had filled before. They couldn't give me the prescription because of the address and they couldn't resolve the issue. I'm pretty sure it's their training and inability to give serine and the correct information. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because they don't know what they are doing. And this is just today's issue. Few weeks ago, they couldn't find any information on my son that I've filled his prescription before too. And because I needed it, I just said screw the whole insurance stuff I'll just pay out of pocket. Seriously, I don't think they even care.

This Walgreens is well kept and a few things are out of stock, but what sets it at 5 stars is the associates. The young lady who helped me tonight was named Yara and she is truly the pinnacle of customer service. She is kind, efficient, knowledgeable of the Walgreens Rewards program, and super helpful! I appreciated all of her help so much.

Unreliable pharmacy. Picked my dad up from surgery and this Walgreens was out of his meds. Offered no help and said they couldn’t transfer the meds anywhere else. Had my doctor try to contact them multiple times and no answer. Now my dad is in extreme pain with his meds and can’t re perscribe to a different pharmacy because it’s a narcotic. Unprofessional and rude. Do better and get your damn speaker fixed already.

Worst service in years. I tried calling to see if my prescriptions were ready and how much they costThe gal who answered transferred me to the drive through instead of answering my question. This wasted 15 minutes. Tried again and was on hold for close to a half hour. I gave up.This Walgreens has 'too much' business and no time for the personal element.

Worst pharmacy place to pick up medication. The guy told me to come back in a hour because he couldn’t verify my insurance and he will have everything ready with or withoutinsurance. I came back in a hour and he told me the same words. I do not recommend pick up medication here. It a place lack of honesty and waste your time going there.

The pharmacy tech JOSH. Is one awful human being. Basically called me a liar and said we can have a debate whether or not my prescription was actually ready. I told him I have a message saying it was filled. He went on to try and argue with me and was so unbelievably rude. He told me my stuff was in back order and to come back in a week which I did. He then greeted me and said “yeah I remember you” as he rolled his eyes and chuckled. I said “what’s your problem ” I’m trying to get my prescription. He’s like yeah here’s the deal and slams his hands on the counter. “We don’t have your prescription” I said you told me to come back in a week. He said you’re gonna have to get it somewhere else. Luckily the pharmacist was super sweet and intervened. I can’t believe this is tolerated. I get places are desperate for workers but that’s just unacceptable.

Spent 10 minutes in pain looking for a product, there only seemed to be 5 workers total in the building, every time I approached one they turned away. I left and will never return, I am also closing my account.

Ethan was a huge help giving me recommendations for a birthday gift for my younger brother last week! I had no idea what to get him but he helped me choose some gift cards and little things that my brother ended up loving. I appreciated the care and the kindness!

Once again they screwed up the prescription. needed nebulizer for infant daughter and told me that a mask spacer did not exist. lied. at target now buying one out of pocket. do not go to this walgreens. target went above and beyond to help my sick daughter.

Received a text message thar my Rx was ready. I store to the pharmacy drive through was greeted by Josh, the pharmacy tech. I gave him my name and DOB, he couldn’t find my Rx. I explained to Josh that I received a text saying it was ready, Josh RUDELY interrupted “ yeah look I’m not debating with you, do you want me to fill this or not.” Typically a Walgreens pharmacy with some decency would say “hey I’m not seeing it would you mind giving me 15 minutes” sure no problem I wouldn’t mind that.Once my prescription was filled Josh came to the window, I asked him if that was him over the intercom, he said yes. I told him how rude and unprofessional that was. Josh said “ well I’m not debating with you I don’t send out the text messages I’m swamped and don’t have time” This man said, why don’t you “come around we can talk about this in person” I was now just in shock, I asked if he was this awful to all of his customers, he said do you want me to give you your prescription? I said you can’t keep my prescription WTH!!! And then continued to mock me!So I’m not sure who I report him to and our flu season has been terrible and I sympathize with our pharmacy staff but you JOSH need to find a new job!

The store is great, they have a great selection of items and their prices are reasonable. However, Walgreen's has the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! It's difficult getting my prescriptions filled for one reason or another. And I usually have to sit in the drive through for sometimes up to an hour (it's just as long a wait going inside). Then they close up shop for days at a time and if I'm in need of a prescription, I have to go to another pharmacy. My insurance only covers a couple of pharmacies in my town. And their pharmacy tech staff are very rude. Walgreen's pharmacy is highly NOT recommended!
