I had an issue with an account that I had spent hours on the phone with Wells Fargo trying to get them to correct. They did nothing to correct their mistake. I was so frustrated with Wells Fargo, I made an appointment at this branch as a last ditch effort and intended to close all of my Wells Fargo accounts. The staff was so kind and welcoming it was hard for me to remain upset. The manager, Afi, immediately addressed my concerns and apologized for the mistake that had been made. She spent a great deal of time working for me to correct the error and called me two times after her work hours to update me. Not one person I spoke to on the phone came close to her level of service and care. Wells Fargo is lucky they have employees like her. I will only continue banking as Wells Fargo because of her.

Horrible service. Went in to make a very quick transaction. Nobody in line in front of me, except for the 3 individuals who were already at the counter being helped. 15 minutes later, still waiting and did not appear I was getting helped anytime soon. And if I did eventually get helped, I couldn’t risk my “fast transaction” taking them another 15+ minutes so I had to walk out so I wouldn’t be late to pick up kids from school. Thanks for wasting my time.

We saw the bad reviews and allowed extra time to pick up a cashiers check. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and waited less than 5 minutes to see one of 3 tellers working. A delightful lady helped us and was very careful and triple checked our information. In and out in 20 minutes easy. When we left there were maybe 5 people in line.I’m not sure if the older reviews are overly negative or if this branch has made changes to address issues. But this is a fine branch with good customer service as far as I can tell.

I purposely get to the bank 1 Monday a month because I have my managers meeting where I have to be up to date on my drops. I was the 1ST person at the drive-thru, as I am on those Mondays. The lady has have my deposits since 9 am on the dot. She has now helped 3 people before me. It is 9:21. Ridiculous. Every time I come here, they help other people that got here after me. Bad customer service. Wish I could get my CEO to change banks.

Terrible service, I was added to the list to get a banker, sat down and waited just to be told that they are overbooked. That I should make an appointment online, earliest appointment is a month away. I couldn’t even make an appointment with them in person. A lady that came after me threw a fit and was helped soon after she complained. So if you complain you’ll probably get better treatment. Will never come back to this location.

Online is terrible called their customer service department told me because I only have a furniture card with them I cannot pay my account online and it will take 5 days for Wells Fargo to accept the information so the card will have a late payment when I asked to speak with a well Fargo supervisor he consisted to talk over me VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend anyone to take there cards or even go through them work on getting better

Staff is very nice... that is the only redeeming quality otherwise this branch would get 1 star. Wait times, however, are atrocious and it is never obvious why the wait times are so long. We walked in today with 3 people in line ahead of us and 2 at the counter. We waited 45 minutes to speak to a teller. I am watching what is happening at the counters and I just cannot understand why everything is taking so long. I keep hearing things like "thank you so much for banking with Wells Fargo" (I counted 16 instances of that being said during a 20 minute transaction that resulted in 16 dollars being remitted)... Why is the line moving so slowly for routine transactions?I could go on, explaining how no help was rendered... and how the teller honestly was very polite but woefully under trained to cope with a very simple question... but I will leave the major area of complaint around the absurdly ridiculous wait time. It was obvious that the tellers were trained to be super polite but not trained to be particularly effective or efficient.

Best advice, do not do business with this branch. Four times within this week, I waited half an hour in the drive-through with not a single car moving. Inside the branch, the wait is eternal. They do have nice staff but they are HEAVILY understaffed. Well Fargo still has the audacity to put service fees on EVERY transaction. Find another bank.

On 10/1 went to this branch to withdraw $3000k out of my account through drive through and I got my money I count my cash 3 times , got my receipt the service was perfect teller was super nice. After 20 day’s wellsfargo’s took $1000 out of my account sayin correction on my transaction made 10/1 … they say I received $4000 not $3000 … I was confused I called the branch to ask what’s going and to ask if the teller was short that day , no teller was not short , my withdraw slip was correct I requested 3k and received 3k … after almost 2 months of headaches and complaining got my money back with no explanation why they took my money to start with. Will never trust this bank with my money ???

I was having a very stressful day. I went to the drive through right before close on a Friday. Katelyn was the most friendly teller I have ever had with any Wells Fargo Bank Location. Surely turned my mood around. She recommended using Zelle through the Wells Fargo App and even gave my pup a biscuit. Awesome customer service! Hope I get her every time I go to this location.
