“Being a big guy, clothes are sometimes not the easiest to find. Out of mere curiosity I stopped at Duluth Trading. In one word, wow. This place has a lot of stuff. There are a lot of clothing options. Indoor, outdoor, active wear, etc. I am already very impressed with the quality of their t-shirts and shorts. They offer a warranty on a lot of their items which to me seems rare in the clothing business. Their prices are good and from shopping there twice already, seems like they often have sales on some of their items. Now my wife really wants to shop there too. They have several locations throughout the cities and their online ordering is a nice option too. Looks like we found a new favorite place to shop.”

“I’ve always had a great experience anytime I’ve been in here, but today was absolutely phenomenal. Mind you, it is not easy shopping by yourself with a toddler who is as active and curious as mine. So I let her have a little freedom while I shopped, making sure to keep an eye on her still. My daughter is quite the social butterfly, so with excitement she kept running to the register where the girls working this afternoon were at and saying hi to them. These ladies were phenomenal with her. They could have ignored her, or asked me to come get my daughter, but instead they interacted with her (I believe we were the only shoppers anyways), and they even made sure to put us in the bigger family dressing room when I tried on a few shirts. The service I get from this place in general is always great. And today Jackie and the other two girls were absolutely amazing. It is rare to find that sort of service these days. If I had a couple extra stars to give, I’d give them but google only lets me do a max of five. :)”

“I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and the staff here go above and beyond! They are friendly, helpful and surprisingly remembered us. It has a real small town feel in a busy suburb! Clothes are great, but it’s the people at the Woodbury location that has me coming back!”
“On the ground level, you will find the ‘Online Returns’ desk just to the right (against the wall) as you enter. There’s not a sign that says ‘Returns’, but it’s a sales counter. Returning items is easy, and the staff are fun, pleasant, and professional. They even refund shipping costs! Additionally, it’s one of my favorite stores! It’s a beautiful store with great clothing for the whole family.”

“I visited Loft today and was assisted by a lady name Sue. She was fantastic. As soon as she saw items in my hand, she got a fitting room and brought them back for me. She checked in on me multiple times, bringing the items back to the room so my hands were not full. When I walked back to my room, she opened my door for me and I saw how nicely she had arranged my items. She gave recommendations, helped me find new sizes and informed me about online options as well. Sue is amazing!”
“I went into Francescas and was looking at some boots. Two young girls helped me one was Alaina and I didn't get the other girls name. They didn't have my size but they offered to order them for me. They were very sweet and helpful.”
“I walked in with a client of mine with DD. It was only a few minutes before a lovely woman named Mary assisted us. With limited time and a small budget, Mary went above and beyond in finding my client what she needed. My client was elated leaving the store! Mary, she spoke of you until she went to bed last night !!! ?”
“A colorful top caught my eye, so I walked in and found something even better, great service! I found some basic dress pants that feel fantastic. Styles seem to be for older adult women but not boring. Friendly staff.”
“Very happy with my experience here. I’ve never sold clothes before and did not know what to expect. I did call before to confirm seasons/styles of clothing that they were accepting, which I would recommend doing so you don’t lug extra things they won’t accept. I dropped off two larger totes (was nervous they were oversized but they accepted them!). Do know they won’t accept garbage bags. Laundry baskets/tote bags/plastic totes are okay. I went on 7/30 and I just wanted to shout out the wonderful ladies working today. Each and every interaction was kind and friendly. I must have went at a good time because my stuff was processed very quickly- maybe 30 minutes or so. They went through the buy with me and explained the reasoning for prices. Don’t go in expecting to get close to what you paid for it- you are reselling and they have to make a profit after all. But I was pleased with what they offered me and even more pleased with the staff. They recommended me other places to try with my “younger” styles and said to come back with fall/winter styles in September. This is already a monster sized review but one more shoutout to the associates. I felt taken care of and appreciated. Many kudos and snaps. Will be returning.”
“Tis the season for the holiday cashiers. The line was short but everybody seemed a little unexperienced. There was a woman in a different Lane in a heated conversation about trying to return or exchange something and wasn't getting the value of her Kohl's cash returned to her so she was pretty upset. It is what it is during the holidays. In my experience department stores have pretty half-assed trained employees for the temporary holiday help. Got what I need at twice the price I paid for last year. But it's for the new dog edition for the family so it is what it is.”

“To be honest my perception of Nordstrom from viewing on the website was I'm going to the land of Oz, so my expectations were extremely high, I thought it was going to be the ultimate shopping experience with thousands of boots and shoes to choose from, well they do have an assortment of footwear, just not what I pictured, you can order from the Internet and have them shipped to the store, but over all the store is nice, people are nice, so yeah good store ?????”
“My son has a JCPenney's credit card and he needed to do a return recently which I took care of for him. I have to say that their return policy was wonderful and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. It was a very nice experience”
