When opportunities elsewhere come up, they encourage you to go for it; if that opportunity doesn't pan out, they welcome you back with open arms.As for drivers complaining about "skimming" that is far from truth. When you're an O/O and don't complete the contract, you best believe escrow will be held to cover any neglect and/or damages to the rig—it's not yours until you have that slip, and should you leave without completing the purchase, it makes sense the escrow pays for damages. There's a company for everyone, go find one you can rip off. This company certainly doesn't rip you off. Much love!”
