Stopped in at AT&T Store on 2015 Sahlstrom Dr and was very impressed with the store manager Felicia. Bardwell. She with every question and was very impressed with the contract.I will her a 5 star rating.

Bad service and they will lie to make a sale. They will tell you your first bill will be one amount and then you will be charged more than double.

Chris the district manager was very helpful in upgrading my phone and getting a new one sent to me. Excellent customer service! When I received my new phone, I came back in and Michael was there to help. He was very informative, patient, and nice. He was not pushy when it was almost closing time. He got my phone working and made sure everything was correct. Excellent customer service also! Thanks to both of these guys.

As a first time customer of this store location, I am extremely disappointed.I brought in a used galaxy z flip and a galaxy 4 smartwatch to be connected to service. Due to the fact I was a new customer and couldn't afford one of the phones from the store. Everything was fine the whole account creation process. Other than the wait time it took.I was on the final step of the account creation process when a worker comes from the back over to the station I was seated at with my sibling. He picks up my phone (without permission) and asks, "is this the phone we're hooking up?" His coworker confirmed that it was. Then this employee puts my phone back down.I should also note that the phone was unfolded at the time and was fully functional up until that last step. When I was asked to verify my Samsung account through the flip, I noticed that the whole middle section of the screen was broken. The lcd is completely shot. Flickering, lines, unresponsive. I was not the last one to touch that phone. And I have witness and cameras were watching the whole process.Instead of any sort of apology, I get told, "well that really is strange." So the watch needed a phone activated in order to work the LTE function. So I ended up spending just about $180 in total for a new phone to replace my now newly broken one. I'm honestly a little heartbroken. That phone was a project of mine. I've invested time and money into parts for fixing it.The only damages that galaxy z flip had before entering the store was a dead pixel on the inner LCD, a broken outer LCD, and a cracked rear glass pannnel. The phone closed and functioned as it should before I entered. And when I left, I left with a broken phone and $170 out of pocket.I am severely shocked at the lack of care and courtesy for other people's possessions. I am very upset that I ended up having to sink more money than I had intended. Now I have a broken paperweight with parts on the way for exterior issues. Replacing the inner LCD costs more than the price of the phone. Thanks I guess AT&T. You did get my watch connected.TL;DR: First time customer with AT&T. Went in expecting to connect my phone and watch. Left the store with a broken phone and $170 less in the bank. Extremely disappointed.Below are before and after photos. Went into store and they greeted me right away and I told them what the problem was and they went right to work for me in getting me a new phone which wasn't something I wasn't planning on and got me a phone that I can use right away appreciate the help and it did take awhile but it was to be expected because my old phone was acting up and would shut off unexpectedly or wouldn't turn on great service thank you

We bought new phones and plan in July 2021 and we're supposed to get 25% discount and never did. Now they tell us it Wasn't for that plan. It says in our contract we're supposed to get,but they didn't honor it.

Felicia did an awesome job helping my wife and son get new phones. Very knowledgeable about the different phones and she stayed past closing time to complete the necessary downloads etc to get everything completed. Definitely recommend AT&T in Crookston!
