“I have nothing but good to say about this store & Steven! I had a mishap with my phone while out of town so we drove 45 minutes to the Crookston Verizon to see what they could do. We walked in 5 minutes before closing time on a Friday thinking they will tell us to come back a different day. Steven welcomed us & said he would gladly stay late to help me out. Got a new phone & got it activated & transfered everything in 30 minutes. Thank you Steven for all your help & your great attitude at closing time on Friday!”
