I have had many repairs done at service pro over the years . I have 2 personal cars and 1 company car. Have had very good service work done. From brakes replacements to tires and oil changes to wheel bearings . I find the owner to be very honest. I have been very happy with the service work and will continue bring my cars there.

Don't go here, this is not a place to go if you need timely service, decent customer support, or honesty, they will just try to make you buy stuff you don't need and waste your time. Went there twice for two different things. the first time was to I get some joints fixed, they took my car after I made an appt then said it would be a few weeks and a couple thousand, so I asked for my car back as I cant go without transportation that long and they refused. So I talked to a family member who then called them and just like that it would be ready the next day and was way cheaper than expected. Now the second time, I went in for an oil change and when calling the lady to make the appt, she was extremely annoyed after telling me to pick any time on a day between 10-4 and as a student and someone who works multiple jobs I can only do 12pm and she did say any time. She made it known multiple times on the phone that I was inconveniencing them. Oil changes don't take that long as is, but on the phone she made it VERY obvious I was an inconvenience and I did actually end up trying to find time to take my car to the town over so I didn't have to deal with them since it was SUCH a big deal. Due to the fact as I said earlier as a student and employee I couldn't. When showing up to my appt, they did not know how long it would be until I got car back. It ended up taking a little over an hour and a half, so don't expect to be in and out, and there's no seating so if you don't have someone else there good luck. When they finally called to say it was ready I was told my tires were completely worn out and it was a hazard and unsafe for everyone if I drove on them due to the wires sticking out. (This isn't the first place to pull this so I knew what I was looking for and I knew they didn't have issues other than starting to get old when I came in).When asking for a photo of this they refused (and she looked at me like I was an idiot for even asking for proof as any other shop will show a photo to try and convince/prove) and said that it was on almost all the tires and if I ran my hand on it I would feel, see, and most likely cut myself on the wire. So when they finally gave me an itemized receipt (you have to ask for this otherwise you don't get it till after you pay and when you ask they try to make it seem like its a big deal to get it before you pay. You get this receipt once again anywhere else so you know you're not being charged for extra crap). After paying, I went out to my car and to NO surprise there was no visible wire, no feeling of the wire, no cutting of my hand, and no noticeable bumps. Just to be safe I brought it somewhere else to get a second opinion to which they also found no visible wire, no feeling of the wire, and no wear bar exposure. This is super disappointing as this place was highly recommended for their honesty and hospitality, but turns out you won't get it.

Bought a 800 dollar suppose to be a brand new mower, and I’ve been able to use it twice in the past two months broken piece of junk!!!! If I were you I would just buy one at Walmart! I had a Walmart 300$ mower that is still running strong, no joke!!! Please stay far from these people who sell junk!!!!!!!!!

I’ve always been happy with the service here. Prices on parts, supplies, and tools are better than online for everything that I’ve checked. Lisa does a great job with customer service.

Didn’t properly tighten screws on my wheels after replacing my CV axle. My car literally broke down in the middle of a busy street. Lucky for me it was at a red light. They could never resolve my check engine light issue and was told to never come back. The staff is unprofessional at best. If you have the funds or can get a loan, go to a dealership. Superior mechanics are found in dealerships not these type of bottom of the barrel wanna be mechanic shops. Too bad I can’t give them zero stars
