I went in with my boyfriend to use the bathroom.The sign said customers only and crosby has a high anount of drug users so i assumed it was okay to use.Just stopping to use the bathroom at a gas station like everyone does.My boyfriend goes in with me to hold me about the toilet because who wants to sit on a gas station toilet.We were in there for a minute max.Walk out and the worker who was an old lady runs up to us and says are u buying anything.We say no we were just using the bathroom.She says can u read the sign it’s for customers only and my boyfriend offers to buy something and she says no and then asks why were you in there together and me and my uncomfortable boyfriend say i have problems which would be me not wanting to sit straight on the toilet and then continues to nag at us as we’re still walking out the door. Read some of the other reviews owner needs to learn how to take constructive critism and not reply to people with super snarky remarks.Seeing those reviews is not gonna make someone want to go there.super unprofessional.Also seen a reply where they said they take pride in there clean bathrooms.So much pride that people can’t even use them?

No toilet paper in the women's bathroom and faucet was leaking. No window cleaning solution to wash windows with. The woman working there had no customer service friendliness to her at all.

Customer service is terrible!!! I hope you know it’s against a federal law to deny someone trying to pay with food stamps as well, that poor mother deserves a huge apology, as she’s been there before and has not been turned down for using EBT. I mean look at the owners replies to people anyway you can judge based off those as well. Disgusting.

Employees are extremely rude, discriminating against customers using EBT just because they don’t “want” to. Yet, have the system in place to accept the form of payment. That’s illegal and will be reported to the state. Have fun running your business with complete incompetence.

I’ve lived in the area for a year now and always come here instead of the holiday, I always found the ladies working were super nice and kind everytime I came in, especially the owner :)

Lady was super rude. Stopped in to grab a redbull, and was immediately yelled at for how late I came in. It was 30 minutes before closing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Lady is mean
