I had to paid 7 dryers cause the employee apparently has all rights to the biggest dryer and only big dryer in the building for blankets customers should have every right to the machines before your employees insure hope this doesn't happen again or I won't return weekly

I've been coming to the Crosby Laundromat since 2017, the facility itself has always maintained the same level of cleanliness, the customer service is exceptional. I have had machines eat quarters a few times over the years and they have always made it right. The only thing I struggle with is how hot the facility gets with the machines running and how much time I spend folding in the heat and forget to bring a fan or some water, I would highly recommend to anyone doing more than a load or two to remember these things so you don't get overheated.

Used the car wash. one Bay with room for two cars. The water is hot and there's plenty of pressure be sure to dry your car afterwards otherwise you will get serious water spots.

My visit was good. Attendant on duty, answered all my questions about the cleanliness of the laundry mat. I will be going back again. I wish I had her name, I would mention it.

My laundry opened on its own TWICE and wasted all the money I put in it. The first time it happened I moved it to another dryer and it still happened. Will not come back here.

I absolutely love the dog was here. Shampoos and conditioners are always full, tub is clean and smells fresh.
